you get the jutsu from your sensei when they teach it to you and when you are at a certain rank you can create your own jutsu

Ur an awesome teacher. none of my teachers tought me anything except Jutsu. Then i had2 figure everything else myself

The elements people dont teach any more they only teach Jutsu.

thanks i like to make sure my students are learning every last bit of information so they wont make any flaws when it comes to battling if im not doing that then i feel like i havent done my job and my student learned nothing but the name of the jutsu and the description
