Agreed, and that's the sad part since the manga had some consistency to it in the past. And it might go back to Orochimaru :/
The manga is so messy atm.

Yeah, But Orochimaru is just not trust worthy.btw I hope it doesn't go back to oro at this point, that would be too much_@:
Orochimaru's a snake, never trust a snake ever.Yeah, But Orochimaru is just not trust worthy.
He never will be imo
Ya that would make sense. I still believe it's better that obito didn't end up as a villain and that he will die by protecting someone again bc that's his true character(like Naruto said, not a mask)Imo Obito was being set up as the final villain in early chapters. He ruined the main character's life, was involved in many of the major events so far and his defeat had a sort of finality to it.
But I guess Kishi changed his mind and had Madara be the final villain for a while until Kaguya/Black Zetsu stole it from him.
true I wasn't against the idea of oro being a villain but now I don't want him too bc then it would just make kishi so inconsistent with the villainsYeah, But Orochimaru is just not trust worthy.
He never will be imo
I agree. It would have been much better if Obito protected Kakashi from Madara who had been manipulating Rin/Kakashi/Obito the entire time.Ya that would make sense. I still believe it's better that obito didn't end up as a villain and that he will die by protecting someone again bc that's his true character(like Naruto said, not a mask)
Kaguya was just too much sigh
Ya that would have been so great actually too bad it didn't happen that way. Kaguya is just out of place really, like wtf are you doing here, you're old newsI agree. It would have been much better if Obito protected Kakashi from Madara who had been manipulating Rin/Kakashi/Obito the entire time.
Kaguya has no emotional connection to anyone on the battlefield at the moment.
I agree, He will never get over his obsession with Doujutsu anyway.Orochimaru's a snake, never trust a snake ever.
you hit the nail on the head, she was indeed rushed which would explain the poor development in her character, i dont really any vibe from kaguya .its like the story has been recycled with her appearance. switching between villains its not really a proper thing to do imo. if not obito then kishi should have definitely stuck with madara as the fv rather than continue the cycle. its high time he ends all this and seals her and then switch to sasuke, exploring his final development with team 7 and his inevitable clash with naruto. Not only that but her background story is awful too. She may have been the first person to have ever had chakra but she should have been kept a mystery, She was basically rushed into the story imo.
I feel like they should have ended with either Orochimaru or Madara like you said.
And it's not even just Kaguya for me. All this reincarnation stuff is getting messy too.Ya that would have been so great actually too bad it didn't happen that way. Kaguya is just out of place really, like wtf are you doing here, you're old news
Yes, Definitely. Once again well said man. I agree with almost all of ityou hit the nail on the head, she was indeed rushed which would explain the poor development in her character, i dont really any vibe from kaguya .its like the story has been recycled with her appearance. switching between villains its not really a proper thing to do imo. if not obito then kishi should have definitely stuck with madara as the fv rather than continue the cycle. its high time he ends all this and seals her and then switch to sasuke, exploring his final development with team 7 and his inevitable clash with naruto.
Ya well we have been over this lol, I agreeAnd it's not even just Kaguya for me. All this reincarnation stuff is getting messy too.
From the beginning the S0SP was supposed to be a mysterious character and was said to be the strongest shinobi ever.
And when we finally get to see him in a chapter we get to meet his two sons, brother, mother, and more.
Goddammit man. I really love to hear your insights hahaHow I see things going?........
Sasuke getting his third ring of Tomoe giving him the same eye as Kaguya
Kaguya being sealed by Naruto and Sasuke
BZ being sealed in the Sage Tools
Madz returning after Kaguya's sealing (without Juubi power) and tries to stop them from stopping MT. Sasuke defeats mazd and TnJs Madara into releasing MT himself and possibly killing himself somehow.
The way I see it by the time this war is over Naruto and Sasuke should be able to see eye to eye, but Naruto is not gonna give up on his dream to become Hokage and Sasuke won't step down becuz he is trying to respect Itachi's sacrifice in trying to change things.
They fight Aokiji and Akainu style if u watch OP. (winner has the right to take the position, loser keeps quiet)
During the fight their hearts connect
Sasuke loses, but realizes that if its Naruto then he might be able to change things.
Naruto sees Sasuke's drive and ask for his help in changing the world.
Sasuke agrees
EVERYONE HAPPY :yayy:
That's the way I see it going down anyway. It's a bit bland, but if Kishi doesn't have the guts to kill Gai there is no way I think he can kill Sakura. As for y Sakura has been losing clothing.........IMO either Kishi is trying to get her naked or Sakura losing pieces of clothing is kinda symbolic. Before Sakura was desperately trying to keep up in order to prove that she belongs on Team 7, but I really liked it when she abandoned that mindset and stated that even though she may be in the way she wants to do all that she can. :yayy: Sakura impressed me even more when she shielded Obito from the acid and put aside her acid burns and clear exhaustion for her mission. It's almost like with every piece of clothing Sakura lost she lost a little bit more of her weakness. I am not really a Sakura fan, but I liked that part.
As for something I would change..........all I would really have liked would be more action from my fav, but other than that I am perfectly content with the story. I honestly just think ppl expect too much from Kaguya.
Niceeeee. I'll read them for sure and respond.I'll leave some of my thoughts on the matter as well, it's long so whoever wants to read them feel free.
Thoughts on Sakura dying
While I personally don't have any problems with Sakura essentially dying, I think at this point it's too late for that. In my personal opinion it would have been better for Kishi to have killed off both Hinata and Sakura. Hinata dying in the Pein arc would've been great for Naruto's development in becoming a man. Instead we still see him stating the same "My ninja way is friendship" nonsense and that's redundant and annoying. But to let Hinata die and Sakura live is of course an injustice I suppose so Sakura too should've met the same fate at the hands of probably Madara or even Sasuke. In fact Sasuke killing Sakura would've been a good move to show how far he's willing to go toYou must be registered for see linksand change the Shinobi System. It would've been great to see if Naruto would truly be willing to kill Sasuke for killing his own comrade. But of course this is a Shounen manga so leave it to Kishi to go with the typical approach.
Final Villain thoughts
In terms of a villain, at first I wasn't against Kaguya being a villain until Kishi showed how bland she was. The brains behind her plan was Black Zetsu which isn't the best character imo. So in regards to Kaguya I think Kishi should've made it that Black Zetsu didn't alter the tablet and wasn't her will, but instead she died from her own power/arrogance that came from eating the Shinju fruit shortly at the hands of her own sons joint effort showing that cooperation is key and holding true to the Uchiha Tablet's True Words.
So who in my opinion should've been the final villain? I'm going to have to go with Madara on this one. But Madara himself took a decline in character at one point in my eyes, which was after becoming the Jinchuuriki. He went from the Bad-ass that was soloing everyone while being Edo and Alive [You must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see links] to getting almost killed 3 times like a roach (You must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see links) until he got the Second Rinnegan through asspulls (Kamui, really?). Juubito and Edo Madara were bad-ass. So while I'm not totally against a Rikudou Madara, I didn't like the way Kishi handled it. That being said I'm not against the Power-ups Naruto and Sasuke received but I didn't like the way they met Hagoromo. Instead I felt Sasuke should've awaken the Rinnegan from that near-death experience/Senju DNA and Naruto should've become One with Nature Energy itself. Now both those outcomes occurred but not through the way I expected and I didn't feel they should've met with Hagoromo there.
While having an intense Battle with Madara that's not completely one-sided Obito intervenes and takes Madara into the Kamui dimension who drag Naruto/Sasuke with him. There Obito states that he will lock Madara in the Kamui dimension forever. Enraged, Madara's power begins to cause the dimension to collapse on itself. Naruto is the main hand to defeat Madara but Sasuke finishes him off essentially destroying the Uchiha's past. They escape and then the Gedo Mazou is left Sealed with the corpses of Madara and Obito drifting in a void-less/destroyed Kamui Space-time. Kamui realm becomes Obito's graveyard.
Anyways this is what I feel would be a great way to end the story/final battle.
Having defeated Madara two factions emerge, those who want to follow Naruto under his friendship and those who will want to follow Sasuke (smaller in number) due to his ability to see the reality behind things. Naruto perhaps could try "forgiving" Sasuke and lets him become the Hokage but that wouldn't work since the people wouldn't like Sasuke and wouldn't accept him as a leader. Which goes back toYou must be registered for see links. The Long awaited battle would finally ensue at probably the Valley of the End to end things where they started. Naruto would start the battle off with the intent to reason with Sasuke like he did in the past with Sasuke going with killing intent. After Naruto is being beaten he cannot come to the strength to kill his own friend and at first falls at the hands of Sasuke. Sasuke is getting ready to finish off Naruto who's subconsciously recalling the past. Naruto feels that he's failed the promises he made with the friends that have died and prepares himself to be killed at the hand of Sasuke believing to have failed. It's here that Naruto meets what seems to be Jiraiya sensei.
After an emotional reunion Naruto finally realizes that it was his own Will/Determination that changed people like Nagato, Kurama, Obito, Gaara, and others. His own distinct way. Naruto realizes the true meaning of what it means to be a shinobi. Remembering his lesson of peace with Jiraiya-sensei Naruto gets up as it is the story "of a boy named Naruto". Naruto jokes with Sasuke that he was taking a nap and then he goes all out. Eventually the two tire one another out and they are left to use their base powers on their own. They resort to using their signatures moves of Rasengan/Chidori and clash, which leads to a flashback of their the same move struggle during their first encounter of Valley of the End. Naruto emerges the victor and Sasuke truly breaks/changes the System at this moment. He realizes what Itachi's words finally meant and understands self-sacrifice. Unlike Madara Sasuke swallows his Pride and realizes that Naruto is the best. Sasuke acknowledges that Naruto is a true warrior and that he has won. Naruto tells Sasuke to join him in leading the people but Sasuke says he must first rebuild his own clan and leaves off (probably with either Sakura/Karin). Naruto goes back and begins his life as the newest Hokage. (at this point it's most likely Hinata).
Great ideas DK!Kishi could have given a great closure to Gai's character. Now, he's just alive with no more relevance to the plot so I agree with your points.
About Kaguya being the final villain, I don't mind that twist. In fact, I like it. Though, a bit more foreshadowing of her arrival could have done some justice and also, I thought Kishi brought Kaguya in way too early. We should have seen more of Madara's power as the Juubi's Jinchuuriki with two Rinnegans. It would have been better to introduce her once Madara becomes fully weakened. I too, rather see Kaguya being sealed than TnJed. After all, she was reponsible for the entire plot. Kaguya should have known the consequences of the eating that fruit. She was and still is a power-obsessed lady.
In regards to Obito's character transformation, I definitely agree. The way Kishi handled the change in his heart was done perfectly. That process, along with the actions he performed after it, in an attempt to redeem his wrongdoings, certainly brought a great closure to his character. If he dies next chapter, I'll be satisfied with what he has achieved over the past chapters.
As for the ending, I want to see Sasuke becoming the Hokage. I know it doesn't sound plausible going through Itachi's words "The one who is acknowledged by everyone is the one who becomes Hokage" but if things are left like the way Hashirama and Madara's story went, it wouldn't solve anything about the curse of hatred that plagues the shinobi's world. The shinobi world needs a change. Letting an Uchiha, a clan that was plague by this hatred, becoming the Hokage is one. As for Naruto, I think it would be best for him to become a priest, wondering and travelling around the world to ensure stability is achieved/maintained. After all, his sensei did just that. Jiraiya went on many journeys in his quest to discover more about peace.
