Maybe Juugo is up there too as we haven't seen him going all out in his adult body

I think Sakura, Lee, Gaara/Kankuro would make a good team.
Sakura would heal Lee constantly and reduce painful drawback of gates.
Gaara can provide defense for CqC fighters who are vulnerable to damage.

Or Kwnkuro would utilize poisons with Sakura, puppet users are vulnerable in close range so Lee can cover that. He can also control Sakura like Chiyo did to make her dodge attacks.

I'd say Gaara/shika and lee.

Gaara for range and defence.

Shikamaru for planning, Can easily fly of Gaara's sand to get a view of the whole battle field and maybe use the shadows created by Gaara's sand.

Lee for ground assults.

Dodging Lee's speed + Gaara's sand, While keeping an Eye on shikamaru's shadows would be a tough job.

ahahaha... you really think in a battle you have those 5-10 minutes to heal ? and if you are so sure in a team with gaara and shikamaru, then why in this war shikamaru was a simple shinobi and gaara was commander in lead to all 5 battle units ?

why you all ppl see hinata so weak ? don`t underestimate the hyugas dude... you really think she`s stupid to fall for shikamaru`s jutsu so easily ? and her defence and juuken training and her skills would repel chouji`s attacks. look at the last episode of anime, 1 hyuuga repelled 1 tail of juubi.. chouji is NOTHING compared to that tail.. temari might be a real threat to her, since she won`t allow her to get close.. and sakura ? sakura is better ? AHGAHAHAHHAHA... sakura has .. what ? enhanced power ? you really think the power is all that matters ? her power is 0 vs byakugan.

Did you see Madara vs the 5 Kages? Or did you see what Sakura and Tsunade did to help the alliance?

Shikamaru was acting like the general of it more than Gaara and what does that have to do with anything?
Shikamaru is the brains
Gaara is the long range fighter
Lee is the close range fighter
And Sakura is support

This is the best team

:| what he was never acting more like a general or did u miss when Gaara took out his father and seal Trollkage and help defeat Mu

U also must have missed when Gaara was the only one to step to blind madara after everyone was scared after he shrugged of sasuke .. Granted in the end madara used his Susanno to get out ... But Gaara still stepped up as a general


Not to mention when Gaara was running around with naruto who was barely alive desperately trying to save his friend who he knows was the best chance at winning this war

What was shikamaru doing ...hmmm oh right he was watching team oro take out SZ. With the rest of the fodder alliance ..
