Uzumakis don't have Kekkei.
An Kekkei Genkai is when a shinobi from 2 elemental natures create 1 jutsu as Kakashi explains here.
These are abilities Uzumakis have
Kabuto states in chapter 579 that Uzumaki have a strong lifeforce
Kushina says that her Mito were both chosen to contain Kurama because of their high chakra
Oh and Naruto is an Uzumaki
Kurama confirms in chapter 617 that he has Kushina's Uzumaki DNA
The WZ confirm it when he survived the extraction and yes did survive it
Sakura states that Naruto was on the verge of dying, meaning he was alive after the extraction.
Kurama confirms that he was alive and that the only thing that could save him was if he put his other half into him
Kakashi also confirms that Naruto's chakra is 4x higher than his without Kurama as explained during the Rasenshuriken and no he was specifically mentioning his base chakra without Kurama and here's the entire to prove my point and in some translations it'll say 2x, while others say 4x, but in any case the chapter Kakashi mentions it is in chapter 315.
Yamato was completley sealing Kurama in chapter 317 as well and once again you can either watch the entire training
