It could still continue. I can imagine sasuke playing the main role in the ending. The uchiha clan will be alive in IT, sasuke is happy but once he uses his sharingan he is able to see through the illusion. He will go berserk in the village (still in IT)and in the end fight naruto. Madara interferes, trying to eliminate sasuke as he is a danger for piece in IT. Naruto now notices the illusion, too. They both fight madara and are finally able to beat him. Now sasuke is able to manipulate and end IT as its new 'master'. After an heavy argument between sasuke and naruto sasuke decides to give in to the illusion. He restarts IT and everyone will forever dream a happy life
