Focus ur raiton chakra into palm, then keep focusing it till the chakra itself becomes visible. you know you did it right when you hear the chirping of a thousand birds.

I keep adding raiton chakra until it becomes powerful and the tip becomes really sharp. I then send it to your clone.*
