well... i think it should be a rule that NOBODY Except for Madara is allowed to have EMS... because he actually does.....
its so cheap....

its extremely gay to be able to teleport away from anything... or out of anything just because you write it in your bio...

it defeats the entire purpose of roleplaying...
its called God Moding...
like no....

Surprisingly enough, very few people actually have the EMS. Just madara and zanji.

Madara's character is based off of the guy in the manga...
i think his name is Madara Uchiha... lol

No, there is no way "all at once", it would occur after a prolonged period of drug therapy. As well, afterwards he would be required to continue taking the drug to sustain the abilities. Loosing those genes once they have been introduced could cause adverse reactions to all the advancements it gives. In otherwords, blindness, inability to utilize chakra, probably death in this extreme case...

The problem with that is, there was one custom user on this board who has had an EMS as part of his custom character (explained very well) longer than almost anyone else. Then later on people started copying him so they could get an EMS and since then it got out of control. They once put restrictions on it, but it's kinda unfair to tell a long time user that a custom character he created can't use the EMS even though he wrote a long background story to go along with it. I think if you are going to use EMS you should have to create at least a 200 word bio explaining how you got it.
