Description:A slick assassination technique. The user creates a blob of water, and makes it float using chakra. The water blob is then positioned on front of the target's mouth and nose, to halt breathing. The target will breathe in the water instead, and drown.
then stay in water, is cooler^^

Description: A skill in which the user gathers lightning chakra into their own blood, and summoning forth a great being of Lightning. This large bird created from Electricity, will flow before the opponent and create a powerful barrier of lightning around them. The beast will then gather up electricity and fire off a large concentrated blast of electrical energy down through the top of the barrier. If the blast does not hit the opponent, the force of the blast will flow outwards and send the opponent into the electrical barrier causing damage(Damage for being thrown inot he barrier= 15).

cause according to the rule's I start off with: 1,600 Health
so you guy's have a long way's to go before I can get destroyed.

i run up and stick 50 explosive tags to the bone on all sides....

then i use...

I can't walk away you drowned me someone cut my head off and god knows what else


so before I came in battle anbu kakashi said make a clone and see who all is there and it worked
