I need some suggestions here. Really need some input. Okay, I have been having trouble thinking, if I should do the chuunin exams or not. While creating my own little Arc... So yeah...I am confused between the two. Though leaning towards, not to doing chuunin exams. Since I won't pull off the loop hole there...oh well, any suggestions? Any way heres chapter 7.

Chapter 7: Back up in Wave.
Mia POV
I just hung back and watch my students pratice over their hands signs. Over and over, so they will be able to learn and perfect their hand seals without a hitch. Along with executing them quickly and with percision. After a good 2 hours of them practicing on their hands signs. They then started doing the jutsu for real.
I told the two of them, that one should go first. Then the 2nd one will go next, so this way we won't have Jutsu's clashing onto each other/or hurting one another. Consisdering if they don't be careful, they could really hurt each other badly. Nodding in my direction, Ino decided she will go first.
Of course the girl didn't get it on her first try. While keeping a bottle of water around, in case she accendently strain over her fire control. Then Haku went next and was even having more trouble like Ino. Everytime she would try and execute the jutsu, she would suddenly just blow out water out of her mouth. Like a fountain and just move her eyes down to see it fail.
I notify the two, that it takes alot of hard grit and work. To perfect these jutsu and while not giving up at all. Of course, knowing these two determination, they won't give up that easily. Seeing the two converse between each other and nodded. They started to head off in diffrent directions.
When I asked them where they are going, Ino told me that she will be meeting someone. Where she can understand more about how fire works and understand how to concentrait the fire in her loungs.
While Haku went towards the river, going into a meditation position by sitting down next to the river. Saying how she want to feel and understand the flow of the water. Smiling at my students. I couldn't help but feel even more proud than before, they really taking their training seriously. Haku going to the river was a great idea. Ino went to a Ninja who specialize in Fire jutsu, to get a better understanding.
So I decided to go and work on my Jutsu also. Which was a Hyuuga techniqe that Hiashi really wanted to see me achieve. That is the rotation, a techniqe that I never was able to perform when I was a kid slash Teenager. Cause of my lack of Chakra control and stamina to perform it perfectly.
So heading towards a clearing, where I won't be interrupting Haku. I started practicing on the techniqe and work tremandously at the techniqe. Before we all left, I inform everyone that we will work on our Jutsu's, for 2 hours and take a break. I don't want them to over exhaust themself and tired themselfs out. With chakra exhaustion can be very hard, to recover from.
Which by experience, I can tell ya its not fun to recover from. Consisdering it can take an entire day to recover from.
After training for over the past 1 hour, I headed back to the others with sweat pouring down my fore head. That techniqe is very hard to learn. Especially for a half hyuuga. I wonder why Hiashi wants me to learn this techniqe?
After finally arriving with the others, I saw that Haku and Ino were resting up against a tree, exhausted from today's training and just chuckle. Seeing how close friends they are, made me very glad that Haku found some one she can become friends with. So I decided to take their lead and rest on the same tree they were resting on. Just on the right side of it.
After we gotten rested and healed up from exhaustion. I was told by the two, that their progression was very slow. But saying they manage to get atleast a small flicker of fire from Ino. A small icicle crystal from Haku. These two were definatly working, just by looking at the training ground we were at, showed damages and burnt marks. Along with some ice here and there.
They definatly trained hard. So telling them and curious if they wanted to do 1 C-Rank mission. Which their eyes widen and nodded vigorsly at me. Saying they were ready for a C-Rank mission. So noding and told them to follow me towards the Mission hall.
Once we got there, we were kinda raise an eye brow. Seeing the hokage here and wonder what was up. Sensing us coming in, he looked up and smiled. "Ah, Team Miakuno. Here for another batch of missions for today?" He asked us, bringing down his pipe.
"Not today Hokage sama. We're here for our first C-Rank mission", I announced, which he chuckle a bit and suddenly turned serious. Okay somethings wrong...I just know it.
"Well...Team 7 went on a C-Rank mission a bit early today. I don't know what happen...All I know is that, Naruto sent a Shadow clone to us, to inform us that. The mission their taking went from C to A rank", he then blinked his eyes. Seeing me pound the table in anger.
"Are you saying! That Kakashi is willingly taking his team to a A-Rank mission!" I shouted in anger, causing some of the other ninjas there to move away in fear. "Is he stupid or what, he gonna risk their lives!? Over a high level mission!" I was seething at this stupidity, Kakashi knows the risk of taking them on a A rank mission.
Along with the fact, that Sasuke,Naruto and Sakura. Haves no experience or skills. To even take on a dangerous level shinobi. I couldn't believe that the Hokage didn't go after them or even sent an Anbu team to stop them. With a raise hand from Hokage, telling me to settle down and take deep even breaths.
Which I did and took couple steps away and nodded. Apologizing to him along with the others. "I know how your feeling Mia. But, you have to know that they were already outside the village. So we can't do anything about it", he explain while. I just lowered my head and nodded. Knowing Naruto. He would want the mission to keep going, even without knowing the risk of an A-rank mission.
"...But, I can let your team go and back them up." He said with a nod. Making all three of us look at the hokage and each other. Especially when I asked them, if they are willing to take on an A rank mission. Haku and Ino both looked at each other, going through their thoughts. While caculating the risks and danger.
I then turn to the Hokage. "What mission did they took Hokage sama?" I asked carefully, wondering what would cause a C-rank to go up 2 grades in level. After hearing the details and saying, that it was to guide a bridge builder over at Land of Waves. This made me pale a bit...That's where I met Haku...
After getting the mission details and how the bridge builder. Was to be protected, confused me alot? Why were high level ninja going after a guy name Tazuna? This doesn't add up and doesn't make any sense at all...After asking the Hokage what the meaning was, he just simply shook his head and said that Naruto. Didn't give them a full detail of the situation and it was just a Clone.
Hearing the other two done agreeing and disagreeing to some of their thoughts. Both nodded and shook hands. Facing towards me and I facing towards them. Seeing their hard stares and determination. I closed my eyes and let out a sigh, shaking my head back and forth. Turning to face the Hokage.
"Alright Hokage. We will accept their mission and become their back ups." I announced, grabbing a newly made scroll. With Hokage's hand writting, that said A rank mission. Tugging the scroll into one of my carrage seals. I face my team and told them to follow me. Haku smiling, knowing what store where we are heading towards. Along with a confuse Ino who just blink and followed us out the door.
"Hokage? Was it wise, to send another newly form team?" One of the chuunin's asked. With Hokage nodding and chuckling..
"Don't worry, Team 7 and Team Miakuno. Should just be enough for this mission." He exclaim, while blowing out some smoke from his cigar. Once we left the office, I never realize how dangerous and tramutizing this mission will be. On both teams....
After couple hours, we reach towards Johose shop, which he was being his normally silly self. Asking that if I adopted another girl. Which I just whack the back of his head, telling him no. That Ino was part of our new genin team. This shock him amusedly and chuckle.
"Vell, if you do adopt another child. Let me know! We make the fine clothing and accessary for ninjas all alike", he announced to Ino mostly. Who was eyeing all the gears and weaponary, that she never seen in her life.
So explaining to Jose about the situation at hand and the mission. He nodded and understood why we came here. I told Ino and Haku to stock up on things, while Jose went to get us some Ninja pills. That he always have for me to use, in case my Chakra gets dangerously low. I always ask him, to make atleast 9 ninja pills. Which becomes 3 for me, 3 for Sho and 3 for Cat. Since we're mostly paired up into teams. During our anbu missions.
Now it will be, Ino, Haku and I who would need these ninja pills. Which is a good thing. Since we don't know what type of enemy we are going to face. All I know is, that this trip is going to be awhile and that we might meet up with Team 7. At the bridge builders house or something...I can't dare to see what became some of the village over the past few months. Consisdering when I was there, it was very peaceful and living with life.
Once Jose came out with the Ninja pills. Which expected, there being 9 of them. Handed them to me and told me, to make sure explain the risks of over using these. I nodded and told him, to not worry.
Once we were done with our shopping, I notice that Ino and Haku all bought Kunais and Senbon. Along with smoke bombs and bomb seals. I nodded to them and asked Jose how much they cost and surprisingly only 500 ryu. I asked why so low? He explain to me, that Kunai and Senbon, can easily be picked back up from the ground. As long their still usable, you shouldn't go and waste money on objects that could still be used from battle.
I nodded and have to say, I would never thought of it like that. Just because you use your kunais and shurikens. Doesn't mean they will still be good to use. So saying our good byes and heading out towards the village gates. We headed towards the Land of Waves.
Since we don't have anyone to protect or guide towards the village, we can reach the land with in atleast 1 hour. Though I constantly had to look behind my back and look at Haku. Seeing the two girls chatting and going through plans. I squint my eyes slighty at Haku's neck. Seeing the shirt collar flap a bit and revealing what looks like a seal? Man...I must be seeing things and worry how the mission will turn out.
Telling the girls to be ready for anything once we get there. While also be on guard for any enemy ninja. That is or still following team 7. Which they nodded and we all got ready for anything that would come to our way.
1 hour later, arriving at the village...
The village...Looked horrible. We couldn't believe how every one looked afraid or even scared to step out of their own stores. With out alerting someone? This is way beyond me, this city alone shouldn't be in this state. For crying out loud it used to be prosper and happy.
Looking between shops and buildings, I couldn't believe how run down and damage they were in...What happen to this village? Heck, some of the people were trying to hide themselfs from us, or some were trying to steal our money. If you know my temper, about someone reaching out behind me, near the lower region. You know exhactly what will happen.
I spun around and palm thrusted the man, sending him falling onto his behind. Scarring the man and causing him to flee. Which the villagers in a humor kind of way, just shook their heads and chuckle. One of them shouted and said to me. That its normal here for people to grab money.
I stood up with my face low, blushing in embarrasement. Again, I let my emotion get the best of me and seeing Haku and Ino blink their eyes at me. I whisper out..."I, don't like people touching me...From behind or perverts", I growled out at the end. Making both Ino and Haku to shrug their shoulders. Understanding my perdictament and continue our way. This time, Haku almost spun around to punch some one. But stop in mid spin, to see that it were children.
Smilling and holding out their hands. Wondering if we have any food on us, which Haku smiled and reach out for a pieace of bread. Handing the children the food and they happily took it and ran off.
Turn around to see Ino and I smiling, I nodded to her and we headed off. Entering one of the shops, to stock up on some food. But were told to take anything and they were free. I just let out a sigh and told him. That we have enough to pay, his eyes kept darting outside...Like someone was watching us.
Ino and Haku put the money and food on the counter. With him adding the totoal amount of...50ryu? I shook my head at this and spoke up. "Sir? The totoal amount for this food is...About 460 to 546 ryu." I announced, which I heard some footsteps entering the shop. Which sounded like boots and clacking of weapons.
So this is why the man was afraid. Sensing Haku and Ino tense a bit.
"Hey, What did we say about selling things old timer", the thugs shouted with hint of malice. Causing the man behind the counter to back up a bit, bumping into the low invetory shelfs. I let out a sigh and whisper to Ino and Haku, to defend the guy. Which they nodded and hop over the counter, with Ino tripping her own leg and landing hard on the ground with a thud.
Causing some of us to let out a small snort. With her muttering how, the cash register got in the way. I turn around slowly and faced at the two thugs, sneering at the perverted looks they were giving me. While checking out my body...ooooh their so going to die...
"Hey check this out. What a beautiful lady doi-", before he could finish his sentence, I quickly dashed forward with a jyuuken strike and then spun kick a cross his cheek. Sending the bandit flying through the window and coming to a halt.
His partner growl and tried to in a puthetic attemp. To cut me in half, with his blunted sword. Shifting to the left and then twisting my body slight to the right, to avoid a upward slash. I head butt his head with my fore head protector and then jab him 20 times with my jyuuken strikes, with incredible speed. Leaving him on the ground, un-concoious and un-moving.
Stretching and letting out a clam breath, I wave my hand. To let Haku and Ino know that it was safe. Seeing them looking over the counter, were pretty shock and amazed how I tooked out the two thugs easily. Walking back towards the clerk, who was shaking to the bones and looked at me.
While all of the sudden smiled slightly, finally getting a good look at our headbands.
"OH! Ninja from the leaf! I didn't realise, I am so sorry about the hospitality", he apologize while bowing his head. Getting the register to count up to 450 Ryu. Saying that is high as he go, after what we did for him. I asked for some info mation, of where a kid with an Orange outfit was. I can't believe it heh. When I said outfit, the man smiled and some of the villagers outside did too. Saying he was at Tazuna's house. While explaining how, he bought alot of supplies from them.
Ino and Haku both looked at each other and said at the same time. "That's definatly Naruto", they giggle at the revelation. While I bow along with him. Asking where I could find them, which some of the villagers, told and explain to us. They lived just south from here. With that infomation, we said our thanks once more and got some thank yous back.
Tieing up the thugs and putting them some where, they wouldn't hurt the villagers. By myself and sent them far into the forest. Starring down at the thugs, I silently grab my anbu blade and made sure that. Neither Haku or Ino were to see this, since they havent experience their first kill before. So without hesitation, I decapitate both their heads and burn the corpse, so this way the bodys. Won't be viling the nature around here. Cleaning off my blade and any left over blood. I cancel out my shadow clone and got the memories from it.
I still slightly shudder from killing. But thugs like them, don't deserve second chances. After shaking off the kill from the memories, I focus on the task at hand. Seeing the house that we were told to find.
Slowly coming up to the door, sensing tons of tension from the inside. I had to shake my head and smile, atleast Kakashi taught them to be prepare for anything. I did a knock, that only Kakashi and I know. John and a Haircut knock, which all tension disappear. Making Ino and Haku blink from that. The astmosphere was definatly alot calmer now...

With a lot of furry, causing the residents to look towards us in confusion and not fear. Along with Ino, Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto and Haku to let out a sigh of annoyence.
Chokeing Kakashi and quickly letting go of him, he fell to the floor in a coughing fit. Weezing a bit and looked up to me with that, annoyed tone of his..."Well..*cough* Nice to see you too Mia..." he choked out. Standing back up along with his..Cruches?
I took couple steps back, resting my fisted hands on my waist. "Well...You look like road kill Kakashi. Something happen?" I asked with slight sarcasem. But serious at the same time, consisdering. He never becomes this weak, unless he was using his Sharringan eye.
Once we got settle, along with Tsunari giving me a little toung lash. Which I was constantly apollogising about my rash behavier, but blink when she hug me. Telling me that any friends of Naruto is a friend of hers. I blinked couple of times and looked towards where Naruto was. With his foxy grin starring back.
"Naruto, told me alot about you and Kakashi too. I have to say, atleast some one in the village. Will help even a small child", she smiled while heading back to the kitchen. Seeing Tazuna and his smileing at me.
"You know, its rare for Tsunari to get excited. Guess she is liking the company." He gave out a heartful laugh. Explaining to me, that Tsunari will probably be talking to me none stop. Which I had to grin my own smile, causing some of the ninjas to look at Naruto.
"Hey? What can I say, my smiles are contagious!" He joked. Well...I didn't really get my smile from Naruto. More of a friend of mine, whom smiles like Naruto.
Getting settle and sitting down with everyone. I couldn't believe this and shock that Tazuna was right. I just got to this house and Tsunari is already talking to me like we're long term friends. I...Wow, I never had a friend before...That wasn't in my anbu team or ninja team. But a genuine cilvillian friend. I was over hearing the conversation, that was going through the genins and Kakashi.
Hearing how they've encounter Zabuza. A missing nin from the Mist village. I heard of him before and was told, even by my Anbu friends. To keep away from Zabuza...Reason? Cause, he is skilled with swords. My kenjutsu is sub par to Cat and Dragon, I was horrible using my anbu sword and only used it to do silent killing or assaniation.
After coming out with lunch and some food. I brought out some of the stuff I brought from Konoha, making sure that every one got their filled.
Once we got settle along with Inari, Tsunari son and Tazuna grandson. Saying how hopeless it is, to even beat Gato. I was shock...Gato was the man responsible for everyone's suffering. Then went on and on, how we won't win. Took every ounce of me to not slap the boy. But then again, we're only back up for Kakashi...
My team asked, for a early retire for the day and found our rooms. With Haku and Ino looking through their hand signs again. Along with the Jutsu scroll as for me...I just sat there starring out the window. After hearing how Zabuza manage to escape from the others, I have alot to teach and help improve Haku and Ino for this fight.
"Mom? Are we...Are we going to help the village?" Haku asked, with Ino looking on to me with a sad looked. Feeling the moon rays shining through the room. Giving it a light blue glow, I let out a sigh and honestly explain to them.
"I..Don't know. You two are still Genins...Along with Team 7." I sighed, while rubbing my eye temples. Feeling the two sitting closer to me, wondering if there was something wrong. "To be perfectly honest...I don't look forward to fighting Zabusa. Even I can't stand up against the guy." I explain honestly, which made Ino to tilt her head and asked.
"Why Sensei? I thought you were an Anb-", Then her lips form a 'o' and looked down in worryment. Remembering what Haku said at the park. Which I nodded and then explain.
"True he is in the same league as Kakashi. But he excels in sillent killing. Because of that, his hidden mist jutsu will leave my byakkugan renderless. So scartch that out of the battle, along with him knowing how to fight with a sword. Which I lack in skills for, another point for Zabusa." I explained, seeing the two starring at me in full concentraition. Seeing ideas and plans going through their heads and nodded at the whole Mist jutsu leaving my byakkugan useless. Along with my in-experience in Kenjutsu, will just leave me closer to death.
"Plus, seeing how well he perform with a Jutsu battle against Kakashi. It will be difficult for me, to close off his tenketsu or Chakra points with my jyuuken strikes." I finished by looking out the window, starring at the moon quietly. Along with Ino and Haku doing the samething, trying to think of a way. I bet to help and assist me, but explain to them that their role. Will be protecting Tazuna, so they had to scratch that idea out the window.
"Arrrgh! There haves to be a way..." Ino bellowed, while lightly tapping her head up against the wall. Heh, even Haku was frustraited. Seeing her shaking her head, scratching roughly at her hair. Once again...I saw that tatoo mark on her neck. What is that...Might not want to mess with it, till we get back to Konoha. I'm no seal expert and might damage Haku if I mess with it.
I chuckle lightly... "Don't worry Ino. As long Zabuza comes into view and keeping my senses and wits with me, I can still give him a hard time. Don't forget, Kakashi will be fighting with me." I explain, while putting a calm hand on her shoulder. Making both of them to ease up a bit. "Tomorrow you two, are going to train some more and finish those jutsu's. Got it?" I told them, with they both grin and smiled. While we all went to sleep, to train tomorrow and get ready for the big fight at the end of the week.
The next day...
Haku POV
"Arrgh...Do they have to be so loud", I groan out next to Ino. Hearing Naruto and Sasuke over something once again...That was stupid and Sakura just fueling the fire by agreeing with Sasuke. I looked towards Ino, who was waiting for Mia sensei to wake up. Which we could understand why that she was sleeping in...She didn't have her alarm clock and this wasnt konoha.
"Ino? Should we wake up my mom?" I asked her and saw her shook her head.
"No...I check Mia sensei tempature this morning. She was running a fever." She informed me and pointed towards Tsunari, bringing up a tray to my mom's room. Making me panic a bit and almost ran up to help, but got stop by Kakashi. Causing me to glare a bit at him.
"Whoa, whoa...Wheres the fire?" he asked, with me trying to break free from his grip. Which I did and looked up to him.
"My mom is sick! I need to be with her!" Before I could even get past him. Grab me once more and pulled me towards the living room, with Tazuna glareing at the ninja, probably thinking what I am thinking. After getting to the living room, with Ino protesting at the act. I spun on my heel and slightly raised my voice at him.
"Why won't you let me see my mother!" I shouted a bit, feeling Inari's eyes on me, from the corner. Shock that one of the ninja is keeping me from my mother. Waiting for Kakashi to answer, he just pat my head. Making me growl a bit and slightly push me, causing me to bump into Naruto. who looked up at Kakashi.
"Because Haku...We don't know if the fever can spread or not. So for now, Team 11", then got shouted by Ino. Saying Miakuno. Which he just rub his ears and ignoring the team name Ino gave us and let out a sigh. "Riiight...Will be under my watch along with training with Team 7. So come on", he announced. Making Ino and I train with him...Actually...He haves authority to that, since he is a Jonin sensei.
Watching everyone following Kakashi, Ino and I looked towards Tazuna with worry looks. Seeing him waving.
"Don't worry, Tsunari and I will look after your sensei. Well probably Tsunari mostly", He chuckle. Making us smile and remember how our sensei and Tsunari were getting along from dinner last night. Made us smile and nodded. Though it doesn't mean, I like to be with my mom on her bedside. Helping her with that fever. Then got one more nod from Tazuna, saying he will come and inform me how she is doing. With that I bow and left with Ino.
"Tsunari! Make sure that Mia is feeling 100%!" We heard him shout from the house, with Tsunari shouting back, that the fever isn't too bad and will be up by tomorrow. Which we both sigh and ran to catch up with Kakashi sensei...
Once we got there, we were wondering what training will be today. Seeing as how Kakashi was still walking with cruches. Putting his little orange book away, he stared up and study Ino and I a bit. Which we just leer at him, causing him to sweat drop a bit. Feeling our annoyence. Then cleared his throat.
"Well then, today...I'll be teaching you guys. How to tree climb today." He announced. Making Ino and I to, lower one eye and stare at each other.
"Is he serious? He hasn't taught them this yet?" Ino whisper to me and I nodded in agreement. Starring back to Kakashi, giving an example to the 3 genins. By walking up the tree, causing the three genins to be surprised and excited. Tossing them the Kunais.
"You will use these Kunai's, to mark how far you've gotten and will also show, how far you've gotten with this training", He announced. Coming back down to the ground and walking back to his position.
Ino and I just shook our heads...We won't be able to finish our Jutsu training at all today. Oh well...We might need more of the tree climbing exercise. Consisdering and thinking to ourselfs. That we probably don't have enough chakra control to perform the jutsu.
Before we got started, I took a glance at Kakashi and had to ask..."Kakashi-sensei?" I began, while he lloked up from his book and at me. "If I may ask? How did Zabuza escape?" For odd reasons, my body seem to shake a bit. Why does that name...Sound famillar?
"Well...Before delivering the final blow, he manage to subsatute to an already made Water clone. But knowing how badly injured he was and the amount of recovery it will take us both...", he paused while looking up in thought. "I say, in about a week. He will probably come back and finish the job", Informed us.
So we only have a week, till Zabuza comes back. We might have some time, to work on our jutsu after all...I just hope my mom will be feeling better.

Which by experience, I can tell ya its not fun to recover from. Consisdering it can take an entire day to recover from.
After training for over the past 1 hour, I headed back to the others with sweat pouring down my fore head. That techniqe is very hard to learn. Especially for a half hyuuga. I wonder why Hiashi wants me to learn this techniqe?
After finally arriving with the others, I saw that Haku and Ino were resting up against a tree, exhausted from today's training and just chuckle. Seeing how close friends they are, made me very glad that Haku found some one she can become friends with. So I decided to take their lead and rest on the same tree they were resting on. Just on the right side of it.
After we gotten rested and healed up from exhaustion. I was told by the two, that their progression was very slow. But saying they manage to get atleast a small flicker of fire from Ino. A small icicle crystal from Haku. These two were definatly working, just by looking at the training ground we were at, showed damages and burnt marks. Along with some ice here and there.
They definatly trained hard. So telling them and curious if they wanted to do 1 C-Rank mission. Which their eyes widen and nodded vigorsly at me. Saying they were ready for a C-Rank mission. So noding and told them to follow me towards the Mission hall.
Once we got there, we were kinda raise an eye brow. Seeing the hokage here and wonder what was up. Sensing us coming in, he looked up and smiled. "Ah, Team Miakuno. Here for another batch of missions for today?" He asked us, bringing down his pipe.
"Not today Hokage sama. We're here for our first C-Rank mission", I announced, which he chuckle a bit and suddenly turned serious. Okay somethings wrong...I just know it.
"Well...Team 7 went on a C-Rank mission a bit early today. I don't know what happen...All I know is that, Naruto sent a Shadow clone to us, to inform us that. The mission their taking went from C to A rank", he then blinked his eyes. Seeing me pound the table in anger.
"Are you saying! That Kakashi is willingly taking his team to a A-Rank mission!" I shouted in anger, causing some of the other ninjas there to move away in fear. "Is he stupid or what, he gonna risk their lives!? Over a high level mission!" I was seething at this stupidity, Kakashi knows the risk of taking them on a A rank mission.
Along with the fact, that Sasuke,Naruto and Sakura. Haves no experience or skills. To even take on a dangerous level shinobi. I couldn't believe that the Hokage didn't go after them or even sent an Anbu team to stop them. With a raise hand from Hokage, telling me to settle down and take deep even breaths.
Which I did and took couple steps away and nodded. Apologizing to him along with the others. "I know how your feeling Mia. But, you have to know that they were already outside the village. So we can't do anything about it", he explain while. I just lowered my head and nodded. Knowing Naruto. He would want the mission to keep going, even without knowing the risk of an A-rank mission.
"...But, I can let your team go and back them up." He said with a nod. Making all three of us look at the hokage and each other. Especially when I asked them, if they are willing to take on an A rank mission. Haku and Ino both looked at each other, going through their thoughts. While caculating the risks and danger.
I then turn to the Hokage. "What mission did they took Hokage sama?" I asked carefully, wondering what would cause a C-rank to go up 2 grades in level. After hearing the details and saying, that it was to guide a bridge builder over at Land of Waves. This made me pale a bit...That's where I met Haku...
After getting the mission details and how the bridge builder. Was to be protected, confused me alot? Why were high level ninja going after a guy name Tazuna? This doesn't add up and doesn't make any sense at all...After asking the Hokage what the meaning was, he just simply shook his head and said that Naruto. Didn't give them a full detail of the situation and it was just a Clone.
Hearing the other two done agreeing and disagreeing to some of their thoughts. Both nodded and shook hands. Facing towards me and I facing towards them. Seeing their hard stares and determination. I closed my eyes and let out a sigh, shaking my head back and forth. Turning to face the Hokage.
"Alright Hokage. We will accept their mission and become their back ups." I announced, grabbing a newly made scroll. With Hokage's hand writting, that said A rank mission. Tugging the scroll into one of my carrage seals. I face my team and told them to follow me. Haku smiling, knowing what store where we are heading towards. Along with a confuse Ino who just blink and followed us out the door.
"Hokage? Was it wise, to send another newly form team?" One of the chuunin's asked. With Hokage nodding and chuckling..
"Don't worry, Team 7 and Team Miakuno. Should just be enough for this mission." He exclaim, while blowing out some smoke from his cigar. Once we left the office, I never realize how dangerous and tramutizing this mission will be. On both teams....
After couple hours, we reach towards Johose shop, which he was being his normally silly self. Asking that if I adopted another girl. Which I just whack the back of his head, telling him no. That Ino was part of our new genin team. This shock him amusedly and chuckle.
"Vell, if you do adopt another child. Let me know! We make the fine clothing and accessary for ninjas all alike", he announced to Ino mostly. Who was eyeing all the gears and weaponary, that she never seen in her life.
So explaining to Jose about the situation at hand and the mission. He nodded and understood why we came here. I told Ino and Haku to stock up on things, while Jose went to get us some Ninja pills. That he always have for me to use, in case my Chakra gets dangerously low. I always ask him, to make atleast 9 ninja pills. Which becomes 3 for me, 3 for Sho and 3 for Cat. Since we're mostly paired up into teams. During our anbu missions.
Now it will be, Ino, Haku and I who would need these ninja pills. Which is a good thing. Since we don't know what type of enemy we are going to face. All I know is, that this trip is going to be awhile and that we might meet up with Team 7. At the bridge builders house or something...I can't dare to see what became some of the village over the past few months. Consisdering when I was there, it was very peaceful and living with life.
Once Jose came out with the Ninja pills. Which expected, there being 9 of them. Handed them to me and told me, to make sure explain the risks of over using these. I nodded and told him, to not worry.
Once we were done with our shopping, I notice that Ino and Haku all bought Kunais and Senbon. Along with smoke bombs and bomb seals. I nodded to them and asked Jose how much they cost and surprisingly only 500 ryu. I asked why so low? He explain to me, that Kunai and Senbon, can easily be picked back up from the ground. As long their still usable, you shouldn't go and waste money on objects that could still be used from battle.
I nodded and have to say, I would never thought of it like that. Just because you use your kunais and shurikens. Doesn't mean they will still be good to use. So saying our good byes and heading out towards the village gates. We headed towards the Land of Waves.
Since we don't have anyone to protect or guide towards the village, we can reach the land with in atleast 1 hour. Though I constantly had to look behind my back and look at Haku. Seeing the two girls chatting and going through plans. I squint my eyes slighty at Haku's neck. Seeing the shirt collar flap a bit and revealing what looks like a seal? Man...I must be seeing things and worry how the mission will turn out.
Telling the girls to be ready for anything once we get there. While also be on guard for any enemy ninja. That is or still following team 7. Which they nodded and we all got ready for anything that would come to our way.
1 hour later, arriving at the village...
The village...Looked horrible. We couldn't believe how every one looked afraid or even scared to step out of their own stores. With out alerting someone? This is way beyond me, this city alone shouldn't be in this state. For crying out loud it used to be prosper and happy.
Looking between shops and buildings, I couldn't believe how run down and damage they were in...What happen to this village? Heck, some of the people were trying to hide themselfs from us, or some were trying to steal our money. If you know my temper, about someone reaching out behind me, near the lower region. You know exhactly what will happen.
I spun around and palm thrusted the man, sending him falling onto his behind. Scarring the man and causing him to flee. Which the villagers in a humor kind of way, just shook their heads and chuckle. One of them shouted and said to me. That its normal here for people to grab money.
I stood up with my face low, blushing in embarrasement. Again, I let my emotion get the best of me and seeing Haku and Ino blink their eyes at me. I whisper out..."I, don't like people touching me...From behind or perverts", I growled out at the end. Making both Ino and Haku to shrug their shoulders. Understanding my perdictament and continue our way. This time, Haku almost spun around to punch some one. But stop in mid spin, to see that it were children.
Smilling and holding out their hands. Wondering if we have any food on us, which Haku smiled and reach out for a pieace of bread. Handing the children the food and they happily took it and ran off.
Turn around to see Ino and I smiling, I nodded to her and we headed off. Entering one of the shops, to stock up on some food. But were told to take anything and they were free. I just let out a sigh and told him. That we have enough to pay, his eyes kept darting outside...Like someone was watching us.
Ino and Haku put the money and food on the counter. With him adding the totoal amount of...50ryu? I shook my head at this and spoke up. "Sir? The totoal amount for this food is...About 460 to 546 ryu." I announced, which I heard some footsteps entering the shop. Which sounded like boots and clacking of weapons.
So this is why the man was afraid. Sensing Haku and Ino tense a bit.
"Hey, What did we say about selling things old timer", the thugs shouted with hint of malice. Causing the man behind the counter to back up a bit, bumping into the low invetory shelfs. I let out a sigh and whisper to Ino and Haku, to defend the guy. Which they nodded and hop over the counter, with Ino tripping her own leg and landing hard on the ground with a thud.
Causing some of us to let out a small snort. With her muttering how, the cash register got in the way. I turn around slowly and faced at the two thugs, sneering at the perverted looks they were giving me. While checking out my body...ooooh their so going to die...
"Hey check this out. What a beautiful lady doi-", before he could finish his sentence, I quickly dashed forward with a jyuuken strike and then spun kick a cross his cheek. Sending the bandit flying through the window and coming to a halt.
His partner growl and tried to in a puthetic attemp. To cut me in half, with his blunted sword. Shifting to the left and then twisting my body slight to the right, to avoid a upward slash. I head butt his head with my fore head protector and then jab him 20 times with my jyuuken strikes, with incredible speed. Leaving him on the ground, un-concoious and un-moving.
Stretching and letting out a clam breath, I wave my hand. To let Haku and Ino know that it was safe. Seeing them looking over the counter, were pretty shock and amazed how I tooked out the two thugs easily. Walking back towards the clerk, who was shaking to the bones and looked at me.
While all of the sudden smiled slightly, finally getting a good look at our headbands.
"OH! Ninja from the leaf! I didn't realise, I am so sorry about the hospitality", he apologize while bowing his head. Getting the register to count up to 450 Ryu. Saying that is high as he go, after what we did for him. I asked for some info mation, of where a kid with an Orange outfit was. I can't believe it heh. When I said outfit, the man smiled and some of the villagers outside did too. Saying he was at Tazuna's house. While explaining how, he bought alot of supplies from them.
Ino and Haku both looked at each other and said at the same time. "That's definatly Naruto", they giggle at the revelation. While I bow along with him. Asking where I could find them, which some of the villagers, told and explain to us. They lived just south from here. With that infomation, we said our thanks once more and got some thank yous back.
Tieing up the thugs and putting them some where, they wouldn't hurt the villagers. By myself and sent them far into the forest. Starring down at the thugs, I silently grab my anbu blade and made sure that. Neither Haku or Ino were to see this, since they havent experience their first kill before. So without hesitation, I decapitate both their heads and burn the corpse, so this way the bodys. Won't be viling the nature around here. Cleaning off my blade and any left over blood. I cancel out my shadow clone and got the memories from it.
I still slightly shudder from killing. But thugs like them, don't deserve second chances. After shaking off the kill from the memories, I focus on the task at hand. Seeing the house that we were told to find.
Slowly coming up to the door, sensing tons of tension from the inside. I had to shake my head and smile, atleast Kakashi taught them to be prepare for anything. I did a knock, that only Kakashi and I know. John and a Haircut knock, which all tension disappear. Making Ino and Haku blink from that. The astmosphere was definatly alot calmer now...
So stepping back a bit. The rage about Kakashi leading them into this mission, was quickly building. Once the door open and saw the mask was Kakashi. I shoved right into him and up against the wall. With a lot of furry, causing the residents to look towards us in confusion and not fear. Along with Ino, Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto and Haku to let out a sigh of annoyence.
Chokeing Kakashi and quickly letting go of him, he fell to the floor in a coughing fit. Weezing a bit and looked up to me with that, annoyed tone of his..."Well..*cough* Nice to see you too Mia..." he choked out. Standing back up along with his..Cruches?
I took couple steps back, resting my fisted hands on my waist. "Well...You look like road kill Kakashi. Something happen?" I asked with slight sarcasem. But serious at the same time, consisdering. He never becomes this weak, unless he was using his Sharringan eye.
Once we got settle, along with Tsunari giving me a little toung lash. Which I was constantly apollogising about my rash behavier, but blink when she hug me. Telling me that any friends of Naruto is a friend of hers. I blinked couple of times and looked towards where Naruto was. With his foxy grin starring back.
"Naruto, told me alot about you and Kakashi too. I have to say, atleast some one in the village. Will help even a small child", she smiled while heading back to the kitchen. Seeing Tazuna and his smileing at me.
"You know, its rare for Tsunari to get excited. Guess she is liking the company." He gave out a heartful laugh. Explaining to me, that Tsunari will probably be talking to me none stop. Which I had to grin my own smile, causing some of the ninjas to look at Naruto.
"Hey? What can I say, my smiles are contagious!" He joked. Well...I didn't really get my smile from Naruto. More of a friend of mine, whom smiles like Naruto.
Getting settle and sitting down with everyone. I couldn't believe this and shock that Tazuna was right. I just got to this house and Tsunari is already talking to me like we're long term friends. I...Wow, I never had a friend before...That wasn't in my anbu team or ninja team. But a genuine cilvillian friend. I was over hearing the conversation, that was going through the genins and Kakashi.
Hearing how they've encounter Zabuza. A missing nin from the Mist village. I heard of him before and was told, even by my Anbu friends. To keep away from Zabuza...Reason? Cause, he is skilled with swords. My kenjutsu is sub par to Cat and Dragon, I was horrible using my anbu sword and only used it to do silent killing or assaniation.
After coming out with lunch and some food. I brought out some of the stuff I brought from Konoha, making sure that every one got their filled.
Once we got settle along with Inari, Tsunari son and Tazuna grandson. Saying how hopeless it is, to even beat Gato. I was shock...Gato was the man responsible for everyone's suffering. Then went on and on, how we won't win. Took every ounce of me to not slap the boy. But then again, we're only back up for Kakashi...
My team asked, for a early retire for the day and found our rooms. With Haku and Ino looking through their hand signs again. Along with the Jutsu scroll as for me...I just sat there starring out the window. After hearing how Zabuza manage to escape from the others, I have alot to teach and help improve Haku and Ino for this fight.
"Mom? Are we...Are we going to help the village?" Haku asked, with Ino looking on to me with a sad looked. Feeling the moon rays shining through the room. Giving it a light blue glow, I let out a sigh and honestly explain to them.
"I..Don't know. You two are still Genins...Along with Team 7." I sighed, while rubbing my eye temples. Feeling the two sitting closer to me, wondering if there was something wrong. "To be perfectly honest...I don't look forward to fighting Zabusa. Even I can't stand up against the guy." I explain honestly, which made Ino to tilt her head and asked.
"Why Sensei? I thought you were an Anb-", Then her lips form a 'o' and looked down in worryment. Remembering what Haku said at the park. Which I nodded and then explain.
"True he is in the same league as Kakashi. But he excels in sillent killing. Because of that, his hidden mist jutsu will leave my byakkugan renderless. So scartch that out of the battle, along with him knowing how to fight with a sword. Which I lack in skills for, another point for Zabusa." I explained, seeing the two starring at me in full concentraition. Seeing ideas and plans going through their heads and nodded at the whole Mist jutsu leaving my byakkugan useless. Along with my in-experience in Kenjutsu, will just leave me closer to death.
"Plus, seeing how well he perform with a Jutsu battle against Kakashi. It will be difficult for me, to close off his tenketsu or Chakra points with my jyuuken strikes." I finished by looking out the window, starring at the moon quietly. Along with Ino and Haku doing the samething, trying to think of a way. I bet to help and assist me, but explain to them that their role. Will be protecting Tazuna, so they had to scratch that idea out the window.
"Arrrgh! There haves to be a way..." Ino bellowed, while lightly tapping her head up against the wall. Heh, even Haku was frustraited. Seeing her shaking her head, scratching roughly at her hair. Once again...I saw that tatoo mark on her neck. What is that...Might not want to mess with it, till we get back to Konoha. I'm no seal expert and might damage Haku if I mess with it.
I chuckle lightly... "Don't worry Ino. As long Zabuza comes into view and keeping my senses and wits with me, I can still give him a hard time. Don't forget, Kakashi will be fighting with me." I explain, while putting a calm hand on her shoulder. Making both of them to ease up a bit. "Tomorrow you two, are going to train some more and finish those jutsu's. Got it?" I told them, with they both grin and smiled. While we all went to sleep, to train tomorrow and get ready for the big fight at the end of the week.
The next day...
Haku POV
"Arrgh...Do they have to be so loud", I groan out next to Ino. Hearing Naruto and Sasuke over something once again...That was stupid and Sakura just fueling the fire by agreeing with Sasuke. I looked towards Ino, who was waiting for Mia sensei to wake up. Which we could understand why that she was sleeping in...She didn't have her alarm clock and this wasnt konoha.
"Ino? Should we wake up my mom?" I asked her and saw her shook her head.
"No...I check Mia sensei tempature this morning. She was running a fever." She informed me and pointed towards Tsunari, bringing up a tray to my mom's room. Making me panic a bit and almost ran up to help, but got stop by Kakashi. Causing me to glare a bit at him.
"Whoa, whoa...Wheres the fire?" he asked, with me trying to break free from his grip. Which I did and looked up to him.
"My mom is sick! I need to be with her!" Before I could even get past him. Grab me once more and pulled me towards the living room, with Tazuna glareing at the ninja, probably thinking what I am thinking. After getting to the living room, with Ino protesting at the act. I spun on my heel and slightly raised my voice at him.
"Why won't you let me see my mother!" I shouted a bit, feeling Inari's eyes on me, from the corner. Shock that one of the ninja is keeping me from my mother. Waiting for Kakashi to answer, he just pat my head. Making me growl a bit and slightly push me, causing me to bump into Naruto. who looked up at Kakashi.
"Because Haku...We don't know if the fever can spread or not. So for now, Team 11", then got shouted by Ino. Saying Miakuno. Which he just rub his ears and ignoring the team name Ino gave us and let out a sigh. "Riiight...Will be under my watch along with training with Team 7. So come on", he announced. Making Ino and I train with him...Actually...He haves authority to that, since he is a Jonin sensei.
Watching everyone following Kakashi, Ino and I looked towards Tazuna with worry looks. Seeing him waving.
"Don't worry, Tsunari and I will look after your sensei. Well probably Tsunari mostly", He chuckle. Making us smile and remember how our sensei and Tsunari were getting along from dinner last night. Made us smile and nodded. Though it doesn't mean, I like to be with my mom on her bedside. Helping her with that fever. Then got one more nod from Tazuna, saying he will come and inform me how she is doing. With that I bow and left with Ino.
"Tsunari! Make sure that Mia is feeling 100%!" We heard him shout from the house, with Tsunari shouting back, that the fever isn't too bad and will be up by tomorrow. Which we both sigh and ran to catch up with Kakashi sensei...
Once we got there, we were wondering what training will be today. Seeing as how Kakashi was still walking with cruches. Putting his little orange book away, he stared up and study Ino and I a bit. Which we just leer at him, causing him to sweat drop a bit. Feeling our annoyence. Then cleared his throat.
"Well then, today...I'll be teaching you guys. How to tree climb today." He announced. Making Ino and I to, lower one eye and stare at each other.
"Is he serious? He hasn't taught them this yet?" Ino whisper to me and I nodded in agreement. Starring back to Kakashi, giving an example to the 3 genins. By walking up the tree, causing the three genins to be surprised and excited. Tossing them the Kunais.
"You will use these Kunai's, to mark how far you've gotten and will also show, how far you've gotten with this training", He announced. Coming back down to the ground and walking back to his position.
Ino and I just shook our heads...We won't be able to finish our Jutsu training at all today. Oh well...We might need more of the tree climbing exercise. Consisdering and thinking to ourselfs. That we probably don't have enough chakra control to perform the jutsu.
Before we got started, I took a glance at Kakashi and had to ask..."Kakashi-sensei?" I began, while he lloked up from his book and at me. "If I may ask? How did Zabuza escape?" For odd reasons, my body seem to shake a bit. Why does that name...Sound famillar?
"Well...Before delivering the final blow, he manage to subsatute to an already made Water clone. But knowing how badly injured he was and the amount of recovery it will take us both...", he paused while looking up in thought. "I say, in about a week. He will probably come back and finish the job", Informed us.
So we only have a week, till Zabuza comes back. We might have some time, to work on our jutsu after all...I just hope my mom will be feeling better.
