I've given plenty of good reasons why that wouldn't work unless Sasuke has imagination based powers.Not once in the entire series has a S/T been capable of teleporting something inside a person's body.
Even Kamui can't do that and it uses spacial portals which could be placed inside a body if this was another series.
You can believe this fanfic if you want,just know nothing in the manga supports it.

remember when madara coated himself with TSB and kakashi used kamui on it to help gai reach madara?
if it was FTG or sasuke's tech it would've teleported madara out of the ball instead of busting a hole in it so they differ .
here's an example:
If I take a bottle with a ball and use my S/T to get the ball out of the bottle:
1-Kamui would bottle and sending whatever the portal touched with to kamui land
2-sasuke's S/T or FTG if the ball was marked would teleport the ball in and out of the bottle without problem.
so if I use kamui on your lung I wold snipe your chest
if I use ftg on the marked kunai in your chest or amneo I would teleport that in and out no problem.
in the lung there's hollow space with amenotejikara I can teleport anything inside that regardless I can see it or not. kamui never sniped somthing while facing the otherway while amenotejikara and FTG never needed eye contact on the desired object .
with all that I can say that amenotejikara and even FTG if you ever managed to mark the lungs could teleport anything inside of it.
