I don't believe techniques used in the NW carry over into fights, so your Sage Mode is not active. Kakuzu bio in sig, Raizu on my back and Boar Ring on my finger (+10 to all Earth techniques).

still in sage mode, orochimaru makes a single seal and the air around you spins rapidly filled with fluorine.

The birds are made out of translucent wind which can be manipulated to fly around the user, creating a barrier of slicing wind, using their speed and sharpness of their beaks/wings to create the barrier, making it impossible for things to bypass them as they continue to intertwine with each other. The user would be able to manipulate the wind made hummingbirds, allowing him to not only create the barrier but also manipulate the birds to fly outwards and perform coordinated attacks which are extremely hard to evade and having the power to slice the opponents skin or even just pierce through their body. Although a simple move to counter, when used against faster moving opponents, the natural 'colour' of wind and the girth of the hummingbirds allows them to be extremely hard to see for an opponent moving at fast speeds. Moreover, as a Wind jutsu, the user can also change the nature of the technique so that rather than its slicing abilities, the hummingbirds madeof wind combine to provide a large blowing force which can be used to push back enemies and summons of various sizes within reason. The hummingbirds are generally fast flying birds, this allows them to keep up with faster opponents without trouble. This speed limit however, only goes up to the third gate. This special ability does not mean they are generally able to fly at that speed but they instead are able to merely have the ability to adjust their speed to match their opponent, when faced against opponents faster than their average speed which is generally equivalent to double of the average ninja.

Quoting for clarification. I think you're overestimating the speed of your technique. By the time the effects of your technique kick in, the birds would have already pushed the fluroine a considerable distance away from my body, enough to shield me from the explosion.

Note to the checker: Fluroine is weak to Wind Release

The explosion happens after the wind and since its weak to Wind, its enough to protect him.

As for the detection my understanding of it is that its barely seen. But, in certain conditions, you'd still be able to see the yellow hue or the "wavy" effect it produces on the air mainly because it has a difference in density towards the air surrounding it. Much like you can see the air waver above a hot metal for example. Enough to detect it? hum...perhaps...what would be easily detected is the smell of rotten eggs which it has and is easily noticeable. I think in terms of reasonability, i'd allow it.

Focusing his suiton chakra into the ground beneath the opponent's position, he generates a large spiraling pool of water which gushes him skyward. Shortly afterwards, the pool of water sends an upward barrage of watery bullets which collide with Orochimaru at varying intervals, leaving him disorientated and severely harmed. Without hesitation, he performs a single handseal to bring all of the fired shots together into the form of a sizable water dragon which descends on the opponent from above. Meanwhile, the masked creature takes up an aerial position a few meters above and in front of its owner.

After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

no terrain mentioned, so I went with the default fighting on a lake theme for ame.

As for the water technique, you cant do that and the mask at the same time, releasing a mask is not a thing you can do while still performing a jutsu.

It seems pretty messy to me.
Nobody else wants to judge it apparently, so i'll give it a go.
Well as you never established terrain, default terrain for Ame is in fact the lake. So Vincent is correct on that point.
As for the mask being released, it does count towards timeframe as an offensive action (IMO!) mainly because it's similar to creating a clone.
But you can make a technique while doing so.

Well as you never established terrain, default terrain for Ame is in fact the lake. So Vincent is correct on that point.
As for the mask being released, it does count towards timeframe as an offensive action (IMO!) mainly because it's similar to creating a clone.
But you can make a technique while doing so.

I perfectly agree, though this particular radiation technique deals no damage and was used for the sole purpose of reducing the water beneath me into its gaseous form, regardless of how its used it can't be used offensively since the stated damage is N/A.

The explosion happens after the wind and since its weak to Wind, its enough to protect him.

As for the detection my understanding of it is that its barely seen. But, in certain conditions, you'd still be able to see the yellow hue or the "wavy" effect it produces on the air mainly because it has a difference in density towards the air surrounding it. Much like you can see the air waver above a hot metal for example. Enough to detect it? hum...perhaps...what would be easily detected is the smell of rotten eggs which it has and is easily noticeable. I think in terms of reasonability, i'd allow it.

I think you are forgetting that the earlier check was not to dispute a defense of NK's, but to clarify that Vincent's next technique was not usable because the fluorine was dispersed enough to not hurt NK. The move is technically NK's with Vincent performing a useless technique that only serves to consume time.

I agree. There is no mention of damage within the technique, nor was it used offensively in the move. Since Vincent does not change his position, the distraction is worthless as NK knows his position already. Of course this is under the assumption that Vincent can perform two back-to-back techs before NK can clap his hands and place them onto the ground.

Okay, read the fight and as I see it, the Timeframe is of such (numbers denote primary events and letters denote events happening right afterwards)

1. Fluorine released around Kakuzu
2. Birds form around Kakuzu to push fluorine away
-2a. Fluorine explosion occurs
3. Fire mask released/water dragon starts
-3a. radiance jutsu
4. Fire jutsu

Now, I'm no expert on Kakuzu but as the rules on Kakuzu bios state:

Elemental Hearts:

The hearts captured from other ninja granted Kakuzu numerous elemental affinities, along with a vast supply of chakra. By collecting these hearts Kakuzu's own affinity is reinforced and his skill in other elements is increased to the point that he was able to use various different elemental attacks that were noted to be impossible, without having an affinity to that particular element. This is done by connecting his chakra circulatory system to his four extra hearts, granting him the ability to change his chakra nature and affinity to that of the previous owner. The individual hearts could be released from his body and wrapped in a vast blanket of threads, forcing a heart into a limb before being detached or forming a monstrous body with a mask as its face:


This seems to imply that your chakra networks are merged with a mask once it is inside of you. If this is the case, then that implies that you and the masks have the same chakra paths when merged. If that holds true, then by releasing a mask, you would be altering your chakra path by splitting it, or severing it, which in my opinion makes it quite difficult to use a jutsu of a conflicting affinity to the mask as you release it, especially one that is it's polar opposite. This would mean that Kakuzu isn't able to release the mask while simulataneously creating a water jutsu, meaning that either the mask isn't released or the jutsu isn't formed.

BUT. In an instance of Kakuzu using the masks, he is able to use more than one mask while they are a part of his body at one time, shown when he performed multiple jutsu in the Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 game, shown between 1:28 to the end.

As you can see here, he shows the ability to use multiple masks at once, meaning that he is using the elemental affinity tied to multiple hearts at once. By this logic, I find that NK's release of the water and his mask at once is actually valid. That being said, I do believe that Vincent would be hit by the Water Dragon Explosion as he failed to counter it correctly and it being NK's turn once more.

Regarding the terrain, one cannot just create any terrain they wish; the terrain is always constant to the location you are in. Ame is a raining environment, with the borderlands basically being a lake so Vincent is correct in this statement. To prevent further issues regarding this in the future, I'll make a post regarding this sooner or later.

Now, if that's all that is to address, despite having Sensei status, I ask that Senseis refrain from giving their input unless asked to post.

Releasing his suiton chakra into the water source below, he generates countless pockets of air inside the water source which each are no bigger than an inch in diameter. Due to the water pressure, the air pockets almost instantly collapse in on themselves and in turn create shockwaves as well as spots of high temperature. The sporadic frenzy of underwater implosions completely obliterates Orochimaru's body.

seen as i take basically no damage from b ranks and below, any damage I take is minor.

As the water hits orochimaru, he loses sight of the opponent and becomes vulnerable for a moment, sensing chakra concentrating near him, he quickly makes a sign, wrapping himself in a protective layer and heal the minor damage suffered while resurfacing.

The chakra orb surrounding him was seemingly impervious, as if the combined might of his Water and Lightning techniques didn't even weaken it in the slightest. Ignoring this, he decides to act whilst his opponent is inside this makeshift chrysalis. Instructing both of his masks to re-enter his body, he creates a cross-shaped handseal and generates three identical clones which stand alongside him. They swiftly take up a square-like formation around Kakuzu to ensure all sides are covered (Left, Right and behind him).

As a result the crocodiles become capable of traversing through even the densest and stickiest of mediums e.g. Swamp of the Underworld. This makes them extremely proficient in swimming through similar liquids, with their maneuverability being heightened the denser the medium they are traveling through. On land, these creatures are extremely sluggish, in water or when they are submerged with solid ground, they match the speed of an average aquatic creature, in adhesive mud and liquid metals, their speed is unsurpassed, partly because they aren't hampered by the sheer viscousity of such mediums. Description: Tiberius is the leader of the pangolins, he is roughly the same height and length as Katsuyu's complete form, he is the oldest and largest of his species. His armoured scales are said to be stronger than any metal used by ninja and therefore can protect him from all S-rank or below techniques, however, his face and abdomen are not protected by these scales and are therefore vulneable to attack, Also, due to the nature of his scales, they are also vulnerable to fire attacks of A-rank or higher. A single S-rank technique to the stomach causes him to leave the field
Once per battle, Tiberius can curl up into his ball form, removing these vulneable areas from view, in this form he can roll at the enemy, causing considerable damage, howver, if the enemy has damaged his abdomen (hit it with one A-rank or above, or two b-rank) then he cannot roll into his ball form.
Also tiberius may choose to try and catch the enemy with his tongue that can extend to mid range and is highly adhesive, meaning thet if the enemy is hit, he will be stuck on his tongue, hover, this tongue is higly suseptible to lightning and fire attacks ( a hit from a c-rank or higher tech will damage it)
Tiberius has some skill in Doton techniques and can use up to B - rank Doton jutsus. He also has a brilliant sense of smell, allowing him to track food for miles around (he can also use this to track enemy ninja)

You will hear the extremely loud noise of water being thrown through the air in massive quantities as a gigantic armoured ball emerges from the smoke a few second later dashing towards you, with orochimaru at long range from you, several meters above the ball he had just leapt from ( so 80 or so meters in the air ) , with his hands dropping from the position of being held infront of him as if he had just thrown something, and no longer in sage mode: (describing what you see, the seals and formation were conducted in the obscured fog) having just fired a small cube towards you that will reach you shortly before the summons, trusting in its great defensive capabilities to shrug off the blow.

The initial crash shatters multiple bones and renders him unable to continue fighting. To ensure victory, Thrasher and Maul crunch down on both of his arms respectively, before tearing them straight off his body.

Simultaneously, the clone to Kakuzu's right strings together three handseals and pours its suiton chakra into the water source below. Both the downward wind currents and the summon disturbing the surface of the water cause it to explode outwards to capture and entangle the pangolin, dragging it a deep in the water below in order to drown it. The clone swiftly cancels the technique once its served its purpose of pulling the summon deep into the water.

Description: The user will perform the Tiger – Ox hand sequence, whereas the user will pour their chakra into an existing water source which contains at least 3 cubic meters, and by doing so the user will perform the tiger hand seal and the water will when coming into contact with an object or person explode outwards with a surge of water. This surge of water will blast out and entangle, strangle, crush and drown the person.

Meanwhile, the clone to Kakuzu's left performs a relatively long handseal sequence and places his hand on the surface of the water. Focusing his chakra into it once both the opponent and his summon are underwater, he hardens it into ice, leaving his opponent firmly frozen in place by the sudden yet drastic drop in temperature of the water source.

Description: The user performs the Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar →Bird → Ram hand seals, then he touch the surface of water or earth. Causing the denser parts of that solid to shift upwards, switching places with the current surface. Changing the landscape, thus causing the Earth to react naturally. When dense earth for example the core switches with swamp of the under world, everyone would be able to move about freely. While under the surface, the swamp would still be there. For Earth's counter part water comes in contact with this jutsu, the temperature drops dramatically. Causing water to harden into ice, and for storm/hurricane clouds to form around the battle field.

This jutsu derives from a ninja's ability to walk on water no matter how thin or small the water source is so it does not require suiton chakra to perform, this is just a more intense version the requires fast reflexes and movement to accomplish.

- The user can move freely on the water drops.
- Must know my "Jeet Kun Do" in order to perform this as it allows you to move a limb in the blink of an eye

I don't believe your move works at all. Here's why. This variant of Sage Mode lasts six turns and those six turns have already passed. The turn after Sage Mode ends, the user can't use "Techniques above A-Rank or Taijutsu above B-Rank". That being said, neither Sage Cube nor your forbidden seal can take place.

When Sage mode ends the user then experiences physical exhaustion reducing their capabilities the following turn and preventing him from using techniques above A-Rank and Taijutsu above B-Rank.
Since neither can happen, the wind technique is successful in keeping both your summon and you underwater, leaving you both frozen in place.

Teno did make a move, it just failed and got him killed. He still attempted to use Hiding in Rock during his turn, despite it not working out for him. Everything would happen as he described up until he tries to merge, in which case he'll find himself unable to do so and impaled by the earthen spikes. Even though the move failed, his attempt at a move occurred.

Btw, I responded to the smoke of the summon. My secondary specialty is Wind (Faster handseals), so I believe my wind happens before the cube does o-o.

As for the whole Sage Cube thing, my move changes the time frame, meaning re-posting Sage Cube is the equivalent of reusing it, something which you're not capable of.
