Anastasia.
The exterior structure of the ancient compound remained intact, though crevices ached through it, moss slowly migrating along its stoney surface, but what can be chalked up to being battle scars of wars long gone. Anastasia, the Tsaristsa graced the lands with her presence, as though the very world bent to her Authority. She was given specific coordinates by the Fatui, rumors of a fierce relic buried deep within the catacombs, once belonging to the Primordial Humanity. While her field operatives was fully capable shinobi, many didn’t return; rather than risking anymore lives, the Tsaristsa mobilized. As she entered, there was a sense of unease within it, though little did she know, she wasn’t alone. It seems like a deadend… she thought, until she noticed something most had overlooked, as she walked through what seemed like an ordinary wall, but hidden behind it- it was a sort of central point.
This wasn’t in the reports, so it was either deliberately omitted, or worse, they never made it out alive. She slowly walked through, her eyes pacing the scenery, until she stumbled upon a figure, sitting on some sort of…throne. Anastasia took a moment to stop, her face remaining subtly unchanged as her stoic glare pierced through the barely visible light, seeing what appeared to be a young woman, idle but…alive. She grew wary, perhaps she was the cause of her operatives demise, and if so- she intended on repaying the favor.
Stranger. I don’t wish to make this complicated. Perhaps I am intruding in your meditation, or perhaps you seek what lies within these walls as well, it matters little to me.
She said her tone was neutral, but intentful; she focused more on the surroundings. A closed space, thus if she desired to keep things to a bare minimum, she needed to not risk completely reducing these halls into an icy remain. As she exhaled, frost would be evident; as she gestured to the woman- a violent storm of ice, snow and hail began. The very chakra of Hyouton was infused into the surrounding moisture, as the room’s temperature began to massively drop.
The surrounding snow storm would have filled the area rather quickly, acting as both cover, an offensive intention as the dormant woman would eventually become bombarded by the icy terrain, and lastly, to hinder the visibility between the two. Anastasia would have also passively summoned an Archer Class Noble Phantasm, as an icy quiver would become strapped to her body, immediately infusing her with it’s augmentation and gifting stronger dexterity; while with the Prana empowering her ability to see beyond the boundaries of mortals, piercing through the icy veil between herself and the stranger.
The bow in question would be summoned within her right palm, as she waited silently, with her signature weapon, the Banshosen, remained idle on her waist.

(Kyousei Hyouton no Jutsu) Greater Ice Technique

Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.

Description: This technique is the most fundamental Armament technique in the Surgebinder arsenal and covers each major class of warrior. The user can summon the Noble Phantasm anywhere on the field, but it must be at least short-range away from the opponent unless the user is also inside that range. Servant rank Surgebinders can sustain the summoned Phantasm indefinitely but they will be prevented from calling forth any further Noble Phantasms until they return this one to the Throne. Heroic Spirits and above can sustain two Noble Phantasms indefinitely but will also be prevented from calling forth any further weapons until at least one is returned.
Bows of the Archer
The user will summon any kind of bow as well as a quiver full of arrows onto their back. The quiver will appear with a strap that will be fastened onto the user's body. Upon contact with the bow, the user's body will be flooded with an incredible amount of prana. This will enhance their sense of sight without making them more sensitive to bright lights or intense stimuli. This increased visual acuity will allow them to see everything in the landmark they're in as well as see through clouds of dust, mist and heavy rain. This means they will be completely unaffected by such conditions present in certain landmarks. Their eyes will also become capable of following the speed of quicker targets, which translates to a tracking increase of x3. The arrows will not be subject to the effects of gravity or air resistance and so they will continue perpetually nor will they ever slow down since no energy is lost. They will also cleanly slice through basic weapons and ninja tools them without being deflected off their trajectory in the slightest. They will seek out and be drawn to targets with chakra foreign to the user's own once they are fired. When multiple sources of foreign chakra exist, they will always be directed towards the ones with the greatest concentration of chakra. Once per turn, by pulling back the bowstring and releasing it, long stream(s) of wind-infused prana will be emitted from the front of the bow. The infusion of wind chakra will give the prana distinct slicing properties, enabling them to cut straight through solid targets. This is an A-Ranked ability, will cost a move and has a long-range reach. Both the normal arrows and the streams of prana will travel at twice the user's speed.

Seated upon the throne at its heart was Amaterasu Uchiha, her crimson eyes resting upon the unexpected visitor. She made no immediate effort to rise, seemingly unbothered by the woman’s intrusion or the threats that followed.
The sudden drop in temperature did little to disturb her composure. As frost crept across the chamber and snow began swirling through the air, the young Uchiha merely observed the phenomenon with quiet interest. It was clear that her visitor possessed considerable mastery over Ice Release, though Amaterasu saw little reason to entertain such an elaborate display.
“You enter my ancestral home uninvited, threaten me, and then presume to offer mercy?”
A faint smile crossed her lips.
“How arrogant.”
Without rising from her throne Amaterasu drew a deep breath, gathering an immense concentration of Katon chakra within her lungs. In the following instant, she expelled a tremendous wall of searing flames from her mouth, unleashing the legendary flames of her clan directly toward Anastasia. Empowered by her extraordinary chakra control and the Mysterious Peacock Method, the technique surged forward with enhanced speed and destructive power, spreading across an enormous horizontal and vertical expanse.
The inferno rapidly expanded through the chamber, threatening to engulf the intruder and everything within its path. Its tremendous breadth was particularly dangerous within the confines of the ancient hideout, where the surrounding walls offered precious little room to maneuver. The intense heat challenged the frigid conditions Anastasia had sought to establish, as the advancing sea of flames threatened to consume the space between them.
Throughout the assault, Amaterasu remained seated, her expression retaining its composed, almost indifferent quality.
“Allow me to remind you whose throne you stand before.”

A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

Anastasia's demeanor remained ideal; cold and calculated. Despite the brewing snow storm, her opponent’s shift in ocular prowess didn’t go unnoticed; the Uchiwa fan behind the throne. Without much to say; the younger woman would amount quite a counter attack; exhaling a powerful stream of red-orange flames. The ice was neutral by virtue and respects their elemental interaction, but it seems the innate strength of the flames allowed it to immediately overcome the freezing terrain. The Tsaristsa equally thought of a quick tactic, as she reached down to her waist with a freed hand and gripped the handle of her war fan, the weapon synchronizing with her upon touch, and without word, instead a mental command for Water was generated; and with the appropriate swing.
A giant volume of water was summoned, or at least initially; as Anastasia triggered one of her signature abilities, Freezing Charisma, at the same time. This allowed her to create, and control her techniques with an application of Ice Release, to elicit her divine authority over Ice, and mold them to her desire. The frontal moving wave would have become completely frozen immediately, but with further modifications, the ice was crafted into a giant collective of icy pikes, lances and other thrusting weaponry. It was enough to not only cover the flames, but continue with immense strength as it threatened to stab into the woman, as well.
Anastasia would then trigger one final skill, utilizing her control over the freezing moisture to lock onto the faux queen’s chakra signature, now able to sense her positioning relative to her own. She was preparing for a long, drawn out battle but she anticipated it, as her voice echoed through the room, now amounting to a response.
You call this your throne room, yet you lead nothing. It’s nothing but a remembrance of before your time, a relic of an ancient past; one you cling so desperately to. Your might pale in comparison to your ancestors, for I have met them before- and this? This is nothing more than a child's tantrum. Allow me, I can refine this mediocrity you call a reign, or die trying to prove your self worth.

Description: One of Anastasia’s signature techniques, utilizing one’s ability to use their ice-based chakra to infuse into future water and wind-based techniques. Upon its activation – this technique immediately locks the user out of the ability to utilize any other element bar that of Ice, Water and Wind. This, however, allows for them to use this infusion to change the nature of their techniques, allowing for them to become completely frozen or drop the temperatures drastically. In the case of water techniques, the water upon its formation immediately becomes frozen solid. Normally this would be considered a drawback to most but the user control over the technique’s manipulation – those an example would be if the user forms an orb of water around the opponent. This instead becomes an orb of ice that solidifies and keeps the opponent in place but the user can still manipulate the orb to instead be a triangle prison of ice instead. This leaves a large room for creativity in the technique’s execution. In the case of wind techniques however it differs as rather than freezing like water, the wind techniques temperature instead drops immensely. This causes techniques for example that forms tornadoes to have visible icy winds flowing around it that can cause intense freezing damage but also cutting/pelting damage by the ice within. This infusion lasts three turns, with it only be able to be used twice per battle. It’s initial activation can be done within the same time frame as another technique but then remains passively active until it’s duration times out, which at the end leaves the user unable to use water, wind and ice above A rank for two turns. It also gains the inherent strength and weaknesses of ice release.
