Amaterasu isn't instant

No one can deny it that Amaterasu isn't pretty much a one-shotting tech but it isn't as instant as most people think it is.
It is true that Amaterasu ignites whatever it is looking at however the user has to build up chakra in their eye before releasing it. As you can see in the below scans:

As you can see the charge time was long enough for the Raikage to keep his chakra active and react with his Shushin no Jutsu.

OT: Yes in a way it is "instant" It was said to ignite the foe "on sight" the only characters that have dodges it are the one to show immense speed. You need speed to dodge it.

its like , when u turn on light in your room, the only time it takes is "in switching on the button" , once the button is pressed , its instant(or light speed u can say xD) .

MS sasuke took more time in activating amaterasu than EMS sasuke and we have seen in manga also, EMS sasuke became better in handling amaterasu.

I agree. The ignition of Amaterasu itself is instant. But the overall process is not really instant. It takes more energy to focus on the specific target and manifest the black flames out of nothing. On top of that, Amaterasu burns faster and hotter when it hits the designated target. Anything outside of the vision burns slower.

amaterasu is not instant just as it is not as hot as the sun these are exaggeration.a shinobi with high speed can dodge it seen with .A.IF IT HITS INSTANT THEN AMATERASU USES TELEPORTATION TO HIT IS TARGET.

Not all of them. Naruto, Oro, Tsunade, Muu, 2nd Mizukage, 3rd Raikage, A, Hashirama, Minato can dodge/survive it. The rest can't :|

amaterasu is instant.. not in terms of speed with which it comes... but it burns anything instantly whereas ordinary fire doesn't.. generally if u observe u can keep ur hand on ordinary fire atleast for a second depending upon size of the fire may be 2 or 3 secs ...but u can't on amaterasu... hence its instant

So far, the only one who has dodged Sasuke's amaterasu was A, and he was in his beast mode V2 I believe. Just because I say it can hardly be dodged, does not mean it can't be blocked very easily. I believe Ninjas like Naruto, A and Minato can dodge amaterasu :| anyone else should really just block it if they can.
