we know the properties of Amaterasu flames just recapitulating

burns slowly
temperature >surface of sun(maybe hype)
continues to burn till the object is turned to ashes and till then cannot be extinguished
it can bur for 7day 7 night at max

So as we know when Tsunade use that genesis rebirth or something i don't remember it name her body cells are constantly replaced so the Amaterasu flames will never be able to completely burn he or should i say will never burn more than 2-3 max layers of her skin so she will definitely survive

Hashirama is much more capable than her so he will also survive
