I think you just created the thread just to make another comparison between Itachi and Minato. Personally i always believed and continue to believe that contrary to the popular belief, they are not even on the same level. I'm pretty sure that in kishi's mind, Minato is on another level than Itachi and the fact that Kishi revived him in the latest chapter may probably make us finally understand that

3. If he gets caught in genjutsu he's doomed, but somehow I think it would be hard to trap him because of his mobility and intelligence.

Still think that Itachi wins, but only because with his Sharingan and skill with kunai he could easily know out all of Minato's FTG kunai out of the air... a weakness of Minato's I don't think people realize enough.

I think Amaterasu's speed might be overstated. Has it hit anyone of significance aside from an unsuspecting B?.... Plus all he needs is FTG to dodge.

He could only get into susanoo if he tricked Itachi into walking on to an area which he marked with his FTG formula. Or if he had marked Itachi before he activated susanoo.

As for your base speed argument I'm not entirely sure I agree.

Explain when an how did he avoid eye contact an when did orbito every try to use genjutsu? An I did not mean eye contact he can point his finger at him or just simply open his cape like he did to naruto not making eye contact won't do any good.
