Minato is so much better than itachi because as hokage he had access to vast amount of info on itachi he also had info on some sick ass jutsus. He is so much faster than the capacity of the sharingain because his moves ar3 not predictable.

Minato wins until itachi breaks out his yata and totsuga. Even then minato could litter the battlefield with his shadow-clone shuriken. Now if it's in a confined space, say for example the uchiha hideout, then minato would still win until Itachi took out his OP weaponry.

I really don't understand why Minato and Itachi are constantly compared, I mean as if they were in the same tier or something.

Minato(20+?) defeated Obito(14) in a few seconds, that is the only person Minato has defeated with a name in the manga:|. That fight was not fair on Obito's part yet Obtio still caused Minato's demise and his wife's, because obviously Obito could crush Minato with only a fraction of his power, Juubi and Rinnegan are overkill.

Maybe a Minato vs Obtio rematch will be coming soon???

Meanwhile, Itachi(11) defeated Oro(30+?) a legendary Sannin in a few seconds, twice... It's also important to note that Oro>Jiraiya(Minato's Sensei).

There are so many other reasons why Itachi>Minato.

I don't even dislike Minato, he is in my top 5 favorite he is essentially the cool version of Naruto,but these comparisons are silly.

Give me proof he was not hokage at the time? An yea it was a mistake calling him the child of prophecy j-man thought he was going to be the one to bring peace an stuff but come to find out it was naruto the hole time.

Heres Your Proof that Minato was Not Hokage at the time.. And i DO know it was a mistake that he was called the Child of Prophecy but Nevertheless he was still Assumed to be though so it Must have meant he did somethin to Earn such Title. Even A said This he believed Minato to be the Savior of the World before Letting Naruto pass.
