Obviously sasuke since itachi pretty much reached his limit in life, however sasuke would have a rough time since itachi has more experience

Sasuke's suasnoo is no match for itachi's so he wouldnt have a chance to out last him
Itachi wasnt trying to kill sasuke when they fought, an we've actually never seen itachi actually trying to kill someone so we dont no if sasuke could even think about competeing with him in genjutsu which i doubt he can.
The thing about what you said was true is that he can spam black flame, an we've only seen itachi use amaterasu twice so we dont know how good he is with it.
When sasuke fought itachi he was not trying so dont base living itachi's skills off that cause it seems like thats what you did.

Itachi has the strongest suasnoo, an yess theat includes madara's. Well maybe not the strongest but his suasnoo will beat madara's. Madara's is to big an has no chance of dodging tokusta blade an itachi's yata mirror is unbreakable.
Suaske's brains are no where near itachi's as seen in there fight with kabuto where itachi constantly made sasuke look like a beginner
Itachi along with an uchiha with MS(i suppose just madara an itachi an suaske) can counter amaterasu
Suaske only real advantage is he can spam suasnoo an amaterasu. In a normal fight this would be enough but against itachi i doubt it. Sasuke may not even get outta genjutsu. Seeing how itachi wasnt trying to kill him when they fought its not a stretch to say itachi allow him to break it. And with izangi or whatever its called its not a stretch to say itachi's genjutsu is still on a way higher level than sasukes seeing how itachi uses it waaaaaaaay more than sasuke. Itachi wins ten outta 10.
O yea an in close range suaskes sword wont be a problem but if he does the lightning thing he may be a bit more troublesome.

Itachi will win no doubt. Sasuke has tiny brain compare to his intelligent brother,Itachi.Itachi genjutsu will blow Sasuke away and his susanoo will stomp him .

Itachi's basic Ninjutsu is out classed by Sasuke's. Itachi's level of Taijutsu is useless against a Susano'o user like Sasuke. Itachi's vision based Genjutsu would be countered by Sasuke's. Sasuke can control the flames of Amaterasu so using that Jutsu would give Sasuke the advantage. Both have Susano'o and both Susano'o's probably can not pierce one another with their attacks, so the only difference is Sasuke with greater stamina can use Susano'o more frequently, hold it longer. Itachi's would've been killed by Kirin in their first fight if it wasn't for his Susano'o
Do u know why itachi is so overrated?? Cuz he's an admirable character that everyone seem to love! As one fan to another..I really hate it when sasuke fanboy talk down to itachi..I understand that its a given an EMS user is stronger than a mangekyo sharigan user..but don't forget this is still ITACHI!!!
