Am I right in thinking EMS Sasuke would beat Itachi 9 times out of 10?

I don't know, i've seen alot of people say Itachi could beat Sasuke, but really?

1. Tsukuyomi is useless and easily countered by Sasuke's Mangekyou.
2. Sasuke has EMS and can outlast Itachi in a Susanoo duel, quite comfortably actually, because Susanoo takes a huge toll on Itachi.
3. Sasuke is more versatile.
4. Sasuke is much better at Enton than Itachi and can easily get rid of Itachi's amaterasu. Itachi strains whenever he moves a little bit, which is bad because Sasuke can easily spam amaterasu.
5. They are both smart, Itachi will not make Sasuke look like an idiot.

I really do think Sasuke > Itachi. What about you guys?

Everyone knows Izanami is useless in battle. Sasuke has already accepted his path as an avenger. And Itachi will lose an eye so he can't use Susanoo etc.

Itachi is smarter, more skilled, faster, has a better usage of weapons and a better Taijutsu. Sasukes Genjutsus and Amaterasu won't work against Itachi as well and if we compare their Susanoo, Itachis has two unique weapons.

I don't think it really matters who is more skillful or versatile, or what kind of tehnique he uses. In a world where some technique that appear strong simply doesn't work on certain characters for no apperent reason or explanation than~he is to strong to be affected by it( hey look, fire can't burn him, he is to strong for fire...how?...nobady knows, he just is ), plot-no-jutsu is the strongest technique of them all.

Itachi cannot keep up with Sasuke's chakra supplies. This isn't Edo Itachi. Itachi can only use Amaterasu like 2 times; pathetic if he's figthting Sasuke. He can't keep Susanoo up for long, Sasuke can stay his his for much longer. More skilled is debatable, and either way he's not getting in Sasuke's amaterasu covered Susanoo. You say he is smarter, but Sasuke is not stupid you know. Sasuke trumps Itachi in many areas aswell, not just PS.

Regardless I still think itachi is superior to sasuke. Their knowledge and personalities is what set the two apart. Also Itachi knows izanami and izanagi along with totsuka blade / yata mirrior etc..... If you say that doesn't count then tell sasuke to give itachi's eyes back and reverse time and let Itachi gouge out sasuke's eyes.
