ok im getting to the real shit here itachi died thanks to hebi sasuke i dont care how much itachi wanted him to win the point is hes dead guys and sasuke powered up a whole lot now if you fools refuse to listen to OP in saying a healthy itachi isn't real then how about this since sasuke has ems itachi has no eyes and itachi loses and if your talking edo itachi he cant use sussano thanks to izanami so sasuke still wins what now? this is real life situations of no ones assumptions just whats been shown in the manga how can itachi win now fanboys? bottom line is this the strongest we have seen itachi is when he fought sasuke sick so thats how we would have to base are arguments since alive he hasn't shown anything stonger then that due to an illness how can we say healthy itachi wins wen we havent seen him in action ever because he never was real? it makes no sense we can however take the itachi we have seen versus current sasuke and this one obviously goes to sasuke as well the only itachi who can win is edo

Improbable, Why? Itachi is more skilled all around. Sasuke hasn't shown any skill as far as I'm concerned, the only thing we have seen him do is spam the power that he achieved through itachi's death, ms and ems. In all reality if itachi wanted to end sasuke and take his eyes back then than he would've, easily, within seconds.
Now for EMS vs Sick itachi, we obviously know whos at a disadvantage hints the SICK but even with that, itachi will win because he is faster, more skilled, and has way more experience with the sharingan as well as any other jutsu besides chidori. If it leads to a susanoo battle then of course itachi will win, the totsuka only needs one touch to seal anything from what we have seen and the shield nulifies every thing so what exactly is sasuke doing with itachi at this point?

I was seriously going to make a thread on this yesterday. In my eyes, the only things setting the two apart are the two spiritual weapons Itachi has. In everything else Sasuke can match Itachi or even overwhelm him (assuming Sasuke stops going crazy and regains his previous intelligence).

i know exactly what happened thats my favorite chapter bro but the point im getting to is that sasuke is alive and itachi is dead and to the ninja world sasuke killed him its that simple
Sasuke outsmarted Itachi and nearly beat him without having knowledge on Susanoo. And don't give me the BS that Itachi wasn't going all out; Itachi was aiming to push Sasuke to his limits to release Orochimaru. Itachi's the same as back then whereas Sasuke's gained the MS and EMS to make his arsenal even more versatile and better.

Anyway to answer your question No, you are wrong, both have their advantages and disadvantages. First of all sasuke had the stamina advantage by 1 + the cm2 and itachi still went the distane with him. Both collapsed due to their chakra reserves, itachi couldnt recover due to his poor healthy prior to the battle. Sasuke was more or less at his physical peak but also got first aid from tobi. However it seems the ems allows the user to use its technique's with minimun chakra drain therefore sasuke still holds the stamina factor. Katon variations wouldnt be a factor this time round because sasuke's katon got a power up due to the cm2, he doesnt have that anymore
Genjutsu wouldnt be a factor, cause of the sharingan. Taijutsu also wouldnt be a factor because of the sharingan, but also but have susano and v1 is enough to protect them. Sasuke has the advantage with enton although that itsnt clear. Both have shown the ability to extinguish amaterasu, whether either can extinguish each others amaterasu is something i dont know. If they can then Enton wouldn't be a factor if itachi can extinguish sasuke's amaterasu.
Sick itachi lacks eye sight and reflex ability, although he still holds the slight speed difference. Zetsu noted that itachi shouldve evaded sasuke's shadow shuriken technique and that there is something wrong with itachi. Because of this, itachi would struggle with susano arrows and blaze release magatama
Sasuke has the stamina edge and the variate in ninjutsu simply because he has shown us more outside genjutsu which is itachi's speciality and ms techniques. Itachi's edge is his calmness and analytical ability, he never seems to panic. Also note is his hand speed and the unpredictably of his techniques. Terms of handspeed sasuke still wouldnt be able to read them therefore the unpredictability is there and with has already created 3 attacks in 1 move twice. Second unpredictability is his ninjutsu and exceptional use of bunshin's. Regular kage bunshin exploding could catch anybody off guard. I'm talking about in comparison to itachi... no need to bring up every other character in the manga. Itachi has never been physically touched as far as I can remember and his full speed hand signs are unreadable as seen with his battle with kakashi. Zetsu and Tobi both said that if Itachi actually wanted to kill sasuke it would have been over in a matter of seconds. Sasukes skills in comparison to team 7? really? Do you know what itachi would've did to their whole team? Or how itachi use to put orochimaru and diedara on their knees in seconds when sasuke has to struggle? You need not to bring up comparisons like that, especially when we are talking about sasuke vs itachi
Plus itachi's full potential is unknown, we have never seen him in a full scaled battle in which his life was at risk. I guarantee you he has more to his arsenal that he shows. In every battle he pulls out something new and he only uses techniques that are necessary and when he does, he wins...
