Am I right in thinking EMS Sasuke would beat Itachi 9 times out of 10?

Urm the question is what will the spirit weapons do to sasuke?
I highly doubt it is going to cause any harm to sasuke's susanno in full form.. So they both stalemate each other....

If you wish to think about the fight like this, then If they both just keep susanno's on for the fight, sasuke wins... He's shown in recent chapters, that using susanno for long periods of time etc is no chakra strain what so ever..

Itachi can't do that...Sasuke already knows about yata mirror, and won't meaninglessly attack it.. You underestimate his intelligence..

When it comes to genjutsu, the only one that we've seen that is really a threat from itachi is the Paralysis genjutsu.. The other would be broken with relative ease...

The sword is legendary, I don't see why it couldn't pierce a susanno without a shield especially when we've seen many of susanno's (including Madara's) take damage from things as simple as a punch from tsunade. You can't tell me that the totsuka sword piercing sasuke's weak susanno is debatable

I honestly though the fight with Kabuto would be a fight to the death where Itachi showed the power he didn't get to while he was alive. Unfortunately all we got to see was Izanami, which is not a wise move to use in battle nor is it practical.

Im not a fanboy of either but I say that Itachi would be able to best his way against his EMS brother. Its hard to say because it just seems like Itachi has so much more he hasn't shown us yet. But know almost every single move Sasuke is going to throw against him.

Sasuke is not as smart as itachi -_- Itachi's proved that Izanami is useful in battle. Sasuke does have more stamina than itachi and able to use more ninjustu than him also but in overall itachi wins

Yeah I think EMS Sasuke can beat sick Itachi with mid difficulty. EMS Sasuke can also beat healthy Itachi with high difficulty. Edo Itachi, however, would beat Sasuke high difficulty even if Sasuke could seal him.

I say this because genjutsu is not going to do anything in this battle. Even though Itachi is smarter than Sasuke, this battle would be similar to Kakashi VS Sasuke.

Now Sasuke has more flashy moves than Itachi. Not only can Itachi not put up susanoo for a longer period of time than Sasuke, he also does not have any techs that can get through Sasuke's susanoo. Sasuke, on the other hand, has kirin and enton which are more dangerous than any of Itachi's techs. Both bros will be forced to use amaterasu against each other which will be in Sasuke's favour since he can use kirin every other minute.

Kirin doesn't even require much chakra once it has been prepped so Itachi would be forced to drain lots of chakra only for it to benefit Sasuke.

I know for a fact that Itachi is superior to Sasuke in most categories but let's face it, it will come down to who is more powerful in the end and that is Sasuke.

Itachi is most effective when the enemy is unsuspecting but in this case, Sasuke knows everything about Itachi. I don't see how Sasuke will lose to Itachi unless Sasuke becomes too cocky and tries something very stupid.

I've noticed that now that Sasuke has EMS, his techniques drain less chakra and he doesn't suffer as much pain as before.

Saying all of this I would still put Itachi above Sasuke on a top 10 list because I believe Itachi has a better chance at beating other characters like Minato and Nagato then Sasuke.

This argument of mine proves EMS Sasuke>Itachi.

No one has yet to refute this. If anyone believes that I am wrong then feel free to refute this argument. Also keep in mind that Itachi may be smarter than Sasuke, but the gap isn't as big as Shikamaru and Hidan.

This is a pointless thread. How can you shoot someone down for talking about a healty itachi beacuse "there isn't one". Well i mean EMS sauske can't exist in a world with itachi unless it is edo itachi. And if you wanna go as far to say it's all hypothetical then hypothetically speaking itachi can still have shisui's eye which means sauske auto loses. Fair enough? Funny how everyone is saying EMS sasuke > itachi but then also say "no itachi cant have edo!!" but couldnt obtain EMS till itachi's death, so why cant Itachi have edo again? And for the sake of argument, lets face facts here. Alot of ppl are saying tsukiyomi is useless against Sasuke, sorry but you are wrong on that. I know your gonna argue that well "sasuke broke it b4" well in a staged fight im sure he would, people seem to forget that itachi never intended to win that fight or lets face it he would have, he took EVERYTHING Sasuke threw at him and still activated Susanoo, ill get back to that. Back to the point Itachi's a genjutsu man where as Sasuke is ninjutsu hence Blaze Release so as far as Amaterasu goes Sasuke does win in that area, now we come to the Susanoo part of the debate. Sorry people i dont know where you read it but Sasuke atm does not have a "perfect" Susanoo especially not on madara's lvl cuz face it madara is hax lol. And say he does have a "perfect" version which i would be assuming has the jewel on his head, well in that case so does Itachi, look back at the fight between them again. Also, the yata mirror does protect itachi from all ninjutsu and enton is ninjutsu so there goes that idea. Now for itachi's stamina, yes sasuke has more but once again, if itachi had to im sure he would end it quick and not draw it out cuz that would be the smart thing to do. Now i will admit getting past a "flame-covered" susanoo would be tough but if gaara's sand can pull madara out of his susanoo im sure there is other ways to do so. Ya know i just realize all this i wrote is pointless cuz there can be no EMS Sasuke vs "Sick Itachi" or else Sasuke wouldnt have his EMS....fail me...
