As i notice the rain starting to fall, i use:

(Sakasa Ame) - Reverse Rain

Description:This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop which falls on the ground starts to go up into the air instead, so the rain becomes backwards, when the rain becomes backwards it can stop techniques such as the Rain Spear technique and others.
Note:this Jutsu Does not work on A or S rank jutsu.

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique

Description:A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

Its still rainning, it only stops high on the air so i use that rain and all the rain that is on teh air to draw all around you forming the vortex and blabla read teh description xD

Ok, as the vortex starts to form, one of my bodies use:

Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken (Wind Style: Spiraling Shuriken)

to counteract the velocity of the spinning vortex and to nullifiy the rotation!!! THATS SCIENCE FOR U BITCH!

Whereas my other body uses:

Raiton: Gian (Lightning Style: False Darkness)

The bullet force is so intense that barely kills the holding body O___O lmao xD. Fail xD. The impact is very strong, its an huge mass of wind that does an one hit so it should break the spine of your body xD
