The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. Background Info.
History:
Alucard was born in a powerful clan, known by their ability to combine water and wind elements, forming Ice Element. Because everyone was on his clan was killed, his parents ran away from the village. Being fex-ANBU, both of his parents defended themselves and Alucard from the missing-nin hunters while travelling through the shinobi world.
Alucard never frequented a ninja academy or passed any graduation exams, however his parents taught him every single technique they knew. Alucard grew strong and with great skills. While on a trip to Kusagakure, Alucard's parents were killed and he was forced to join the village as a slave, which purpose was only to fight for the village, using his powerful Ice Element. While on the village, he met a powerful warrior named Heihachi Kaguya. He taught him the arts of the Rain Element to make Alucard even stronger, making him even a better weapon for the village, however, during the absence of his superiors, Alucard developed Ice Rain jutsus with the help of his ability to create Ice. This made him even more powerful.. powerful enough to escape the village. The greedy village who wanted to make Alucard the strongest weapon, made him so strong they couldn't even handle him. Alucard force his way out of the village and went to his what was once his home, Kirigakure.
When he joined the village, he was put to the test to see if he was strong enough to fight for it and he passed without any difficulty. He distinguished himself among the other shinobis of the village and was quickly acknowledged because of his skill. Because of that and because he was a trustworthy person, the current Mizukage respected him as a noble shinobi. On war times, unfortunately the Mizukage was assassinated by a squad of the most powerful ninjas of Kusagakure, while trying to bring Alucard back. They failed, however they assassinated the Mizukage as an act of vengeance.
With the Mizukage dead, a new one was needed and Alucard was designed as the new Mizukage. Now Alucard has an entire village to take care of and has the objective of making it, the strongest. Along with the Daimyo Emperor and other skilled shinobis, they will help the village to grow even stronger.
