I'm kinda curious to see what would've happened if Obito had lived, really.

I would have had Tsunade die saving the other kage having them show up to the battlefield without her. That would have been a death fit of a sannin.

Sakura would have ended stronger than she did for me. Had a bigger offensive role in the end.

Hinata and Neji would switch places. That would have made for a better hyuga based movie with the byakugan on focus.

- Would have liked Gaara to meet his mum similar to how Naruto met his..I mean she's somewhat still there protecting him via sand shield. The feels would have been equal or greater than the feels in Naruto's meeting with Kushina

- According to the databook, twin lion fists is extremely difficult to learn. If rotation is taught orally, then it's probably easier to grasp than twin lion fists and Kishi should have shown Hinata use rotation.

- Neji shouldn't have died..If Kishi wanted true despair for Naruto, then it should have been Kakashi imo.

- I don't know how..but i do know Kaguya could have and should have been written better.

No it wouldn't, we could have had an actual movie that properly signified the end of the series. More action actually showing off the adult characters. Not a joke, for a lack of better words.

Joking aside though. I think the closing note on the series focusing on Neji of all people after his lack of doing almost anything throughout part 2 would be odd. With Hinata you can see the reasoning behind it. Its a way to start the transition into Boruto and wrap up Naruto's development. I still can see the problems with The Last and the appeal for a Neji centered movie, but unless there were major changes in the manga, it would end up seeming very much out of place.

-obito not "dying" in the 3rd ninja war and madara using someone else as his puppet, maybe shisui? (Maybe not dying at the waterfall) Mads was lurking around at the time no? This would also greatly affect itachis character as well.... Yea im pretty tired today

Its less of an opinion and more of a general fact. An opinion would be stating that Neji would be a bad choice to protagonize said movie. An opinion is stating that giving Neji a major role in the finale of the series would be somewhat odd given his little screentime.

Then explain. I'm really curious about this. What sense would it make for a side character who hasn't had any proper screentime since the end of Part 1 suddenly be given a major role only for the grand finale of the series and never again afterwards? For Hinata, it makes sense, since it explains how her and Naruto happened, which gives us Boruto to continue the series, but Neji?

-Nagato doesn't revive the villagers of Konoha, this was the start of a slippery slope of tnj in the manga.

-Neji doesn't die for Hinata/Naruto's sake. Honestly, Hinata should have been impaled by that evil branch instead, at least it
would have made her relevant/useful.

-Gai dies like a hero after using the 8th gate. Naruto's John Coffee no jutsu did more harm than good, robbing a powerful man who prides himself on being in the thick of the action of his dignity. Lee probably has to give him sponge baths every day now as opposed to Gai just dying like a true God.

-Sakura solo's Kaguya, Sasuke takes Madara, Naruto and Kurama (with help from Gai and Lee) take down Obito.

-Moegi gets killed during the war arc. No real reason for why I want this to happen but it would be interesting if the juubi just nuked her.

-All of the Kages get killed by Madara (except Gaara, who is severely wounded).

-No edo tensei zombies.

-Sasuke uses izanagi during his final clash with Naruto @ VOTE 2 and kills him. Sasuke becomes the supreme overlord of the Sasukeverse.

....wow, this sounds like an awful...everything. I agree on Gai and kinda with the five kage, but the rest is just stupid.
