Alternate ending or sasuke..

Now, as we all know, sasuke is hell bent on killing all the kages and being hokage

Now, due to plot, we know tht aint gonna happen.

So tht leaves us with 2 solutions

1) Sasuke reforms
2) Naruto loses but lives (The Last) and sasuke kills the gokages
3) Its a draw and sasuke is too exhausted to go forward with the plan

However, there is one more ending possible

Sasuke makes a new village

Sasuke could make a new village nd take in renegade tribes like juugos and uzumaki amongst others, and be the leader over there

This is, imo very likely solution and naruto becomes hokage of his village while sasuke becomes kage of his own

This would also be a twist to the konoha beginning as it was a descendant of asura who made konoha, and sasuke might be the first descendant of indra to make a new one.

Being kage of his village would make his village, in a sense, the enemy of konoha. The Uchiha would also be reborn in tht village and just like how the senju are the most frequent hkages, the uchihas could be the most frequent in their.

This is just a theory though. What do u guys think?

It really is a nice theory. In fact as soon as the spoilers came out I made a thread about Sasuke possibly starting a village since it seems that Sasuke is wearing jewelry and that could be a sign of prestige. His clothes also look like robes. I don't think he is Konoha's enemy though. His line that was in the movie spoiler showed that he is protecting someone in place of someone else, possibly someone Sasuke respects.

Sasuke respecting someone is rather weird, but because of that I don't see Sasuke antagonizing konoha. He is probably gathering different clans as u said and trying to create a village to implement a new village system

They were all exterminated remember. The mist nation decided to genocide all their clans with kkg. I think a lot of the members will be former experiments of Orochimaru's, fallen clans, and refugees

He can use Otogakure to test run and learn more about what exactly is necessary for a village.
