Kabuto shut his vision, visual genjutsus dont work its common knowledge.
You first question and last paragraph make me think you are just trolling.
Sakura got out of the jutsu already. Also, you saying Kabuto, the sneaky perfect sage who dodged Sasuke's Susanoo Arrow is too slow for shikamaru's shadows?

So what if Izanami is the counterpart to Izanagi? Thats like saying Madara's 3rd eye has same abilities as Kaguya's.
Not all eyes have same jutsus, cant just throw around forbidden jutsus to people you like

Ino was able to control the juubi for a second. Thats way harder than controlling Kabuto. Shikamaru is a genius l. His strategies would be able to help corner him with a distraction from choji. Giving Ino more than enough time. Sakura broke it from an Ino that was inexperienced in it
Do you not remember what Itachi said. Izanami was used to punish Izanagi users. Madara and Obito were experts on the sharingan, they most likely knew it.

What about Kimmimaro? Nobody expected Madara to be unaffected by the release of Edo Tensei. There were also some other Edo's throughout the battlefield
It only proves that Itachi is very skilled and quite powerfull shinobi for current standards with two haxxed spirit weapons.
Itachi destroys with sherr power (Sussano, Amaterasu, Tsuykyuomi, other skills )everyone who is NOT Rinnegan wielder, Perfect Host, Ten tails host, capable of opening 7 gates and above, these blessed by Hagoromo,Ootsutsuki family, MS user.
With his skills Itachi is able to make up gap of power to match other MS users, almost match NOT original Rinengan wielders.
With his skills and haxxed spirits weapons Itachi CAN(Not always win) beat some powerhouses as: 7th Gate Gai, EMS user, Perfect Host(less Kurama most likely.), well that it. Essentialy, anyone besides True Rinnegan wielders, Ten tails hosts, Ootsutsuki family and 8th Gate Gai.
In short:
- Just sheer power Itachi can match MS Obito, MS Sasuke, but he had to avoid outlasting them as he has less chakra.
- Sheer power and skills Itachi can match at the best surprassed KCM Naruto
- sheer power, skills and haxxed spirit weapons Itachi can beat anyone up to BM Naruto level.

1. Itachi was a zombie and far more powerful than he was alive.
2. Itachi had significant help from Sasuke and they bailed each other out a couple times.
