There's nothing quite like the adrenaline rush from having successfully evaded the cops.

I used to be a thief. A very good one. I would go into a store with a friend and use them to block the line of sight of guards and take stuff off the shelves without that friend even realizing it. I'd never been caught stealing from a retail store. Mostly though, fraud was my thing. I'm very good with computers and would change numbers to look like money had never entered a system. Eventually I got caught. By a hired private **** that watched me from 1/4 mile away with high-powered binoculars. I was very lucky that I had covered my tracks well enough that they only thought I had taken a small amount. It was still enough to land myself in prison but I played the "innocent kid" (I was 21-ish but looked 16) act that they let me off with just paying back what they thought I took.

This scared the pants off of me. I'd still be in prison now if they had either figured out the whole scheme or if they simply didn't want to give any mercy. (If I did it now I highly doubt I'd be shown any mercy simply because I can grow a mustache). I haven't stolen or even pirated a thing since. I even have a Crunchyroll subscription and pay for manga volumes thru Viz Media though I still view them here because I prefer the translations.

Aside from simply putting the fear of the man into me, I realized that the whole reason I was stealing was purely selfish. I didn't need the extra money though it was nice. You don't need that sound system or DVDs though they may be nice. If somebody is truly stealing to survive (not very likely in the US at least, despite what many would have you think), then I think it can be justified, but anything beyond that is not. Even if the company you're stealing from is horribly evil, hurting that company could be justified, but stealing for your own personal benefit negates any altruistic intentions.

First of all, what was you thinking stealing from Wal Mart xd

but seriously its all gonna come back and get you sooner or later. You deserve to go to jail if you willingly decided to go commit a crime with your friends. You knew exactly that its a crime but you still went for it. And all your friends are idiots, I was suspecting at least one of your friends to go against the idea of stealing but no, not even your best friend, you all just agreed to commit the crime. But then when it comes to facing the consequences you bitch. Have you heard of getting a Job!! Well you can forget about getting one cause if you get caught and after your ass goes to jail, and gets released your gonna have a very hard time getting one.

Your time would be better spent looking for a lawyer for yourself and/or your "friend". What will you do if caught? Certainly your job as a teller would be lost. It sounds as though the value of those items may exceed $500. That may constitute a felony. If the policewoman you ran from is bruised you can count on assault charges. If you get tagged with these things then game over. Even if you get off with light sentence that will show up on every background check when you apply for jobs. Not smart at all.

Surround system- $128
blu ray player-$50
total of dvds- $100-150
rush of a lifetime- priceless

Wow, you sound just like my older brother...he was always getting arrested and stuff when he was younger. For starters, I wouldn't have even been there, and if my friends told me they were going to be doing that, not only would they no longer be my friends, but I'd probably turn them all in just for being stupid.

Now, on the really wild occasion of me actually being there and about to be taken away, first of all I'd treat the officers with some massive respect. Most people get mad and stuff and talk smack and get really loud etc. Me, I'd just keep quite and talk softly like everythings fine. I'd be very cooperative and explain everything as best I could when asked something. At the end I'll most likely have some charges dropped and probably won't have to spend much time in jail. The last thing I would ever do is run from the police, that just makes everything ten times worse when they eventually do catch you...and they will catch you, trust me.

I see now... Your goal is to draw attention from all members so you can create a hot thread which you did... I see what you mean... If i were you i would just surrender myself to the cops without any problem because the more you resist the more rough your sentence or penalty will be when the cops catch you... Remember again that it is only a matter of time before they catch you because you cannot escape the police.
