sorry my other post ...i meant to say did you look at his eyes.........and no he has ems......no doubt bout it and this a theory that kinda goes with it.....kill yo best friend=MS ...kill yo brother like true blood brother=EMS.....and that kinda matches up cause thats why itachi never got EMS and he knew sasuke had better potential so he sacrificed hisself to let his his brother get the EMS since it was only 2 more uchias left and they were both brothers so who eva woulda won that battle woulda got EMS

madara didnt kill his brother like that he toke his eyes thats how he got EMS not by just killing

no itachi said The Transplant also gave birth to a completely new technique. its the fact that your taking your brothers eyes that gave birth to EMS. let me tell you i dont ever say something without doing research on it. if he read over the fight and madara talking to sasuke you will see. sasuke doesnt have EMS its a new kinda of sharingan because no one has ever implanted techniques through touch like itachi did
