IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER
1. amaterasu: this thing gets nerfed at every twist and turn and hasn't killed anything but animals(are you trying to tell us something kishi?)

2. kakashis kamui: he never uses it in a fight the excuse is that he doesn't have much chakra but if he used it to begin with he would one shot most of the people he fights. not only that but for some strange reason he only uses it to warp away arms or projectiles.

3.obito kamui: all he needs to do is literally touch you but its made so he never does when he needs to or has the good opportunity to do it. or kishi makes him randomly run slow for some reason. youd think hed shunshin and shove his hand right in their face or grab their clothes or something.

4. midnight dragon(night guy): its supposedly moving so fast it bends space. if that's true then why is it so weak it barely did any damage to madara(let me clarify barely did damage for the lesser minds. his kick had enough force to bend SPACE madara should've been turned into spray paint) the guy who got pierced by a hand thrust twice!

5. rasengan: its pretty nerfed if you go back and look what it would originally do. it used to be a small spinning explosive with tremendous impact and explosion. but now its just used as a big ball that punches things and occasionally blows up.

Kamui was over hyped on vs threads . People saying kamui gg , like kakashi has actually one shotted an enemy with kamui. But i dont think kamui has been nerfed. Obito uses his version all the time

kamui was easily nerfed both of them. especially kakashis. he can look at you and warp your neck off and theres pretty much nothing you can do about it unless you can teleport. obitos was nerfed because everyone he fights knows not to engage in cqc with him and he can never touch them.
