Silent Homicide Technique
As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body implodes.

Description: The judge makes the hand signs, stands still and straight, looking directly at the opponent, and says; by the power given to me by the hokage, i order u to (the decision). The opponent has then no choice but follow it, no matter how strong his will may be, he will for fill the judges decision. The decision is usually everything from a step, to using a jutsu.
NOTE: The judge can't order someone to kill himself, or kill anyone close to him. This jutsu is enough only for one decision, and as soon as its for filled, the jutsu brakes.
