[Discussion] All of team natsu becoming dragon slayers?

I really think with the exception of Lucy the entire team natsu will become dragon slayers. I think acgnolia and Irene will eventually pass down their dragon slaying magic to gray and erza.

With the revelation of Irene being erza mother I don't think think it's hard to believe in some way she will inherit her dragon slaying.

The reason I think gray will inherit dragon slaying is for power purposes, natsu only barely awakened his demon powers so when he fully awakens his power gray won't have a chance. I think same goes for acgnolia won't have a chance, also with natsu power fully awakening he will slowly lose his sense of self. So at some point natsu is going to be the one that fairy tail needs to stop. I don't know exactly the circumstance this will occur, but I think acgnolia as the strongest dragon will give his power to gray to fight natsu as the strongest demon.

No. Please let them have some unique abilities. Gray and Erza are fine without Dragon Slayer.

Natsu as END is not this unbeatable uberdemon that no one can possibly compete with. It's just a minor personality swap with resistance to Godly Magic. Gray was doing fine in his battle with Natsu, and there was no reason to say he would have lost if Erza hadn't stopped them.

Gray has harnessed a good portion of his devil slaying powers while natsu just barely awakened his demon powers and he's Zerefs strongest demon

But he didn't though. He didn't even transform completely same as Natsu they only had partial transformations.

naah....it will just be a poof then....i mean DS magic was supposed to be ancient and unique and it is known that 5 of the true DS are from the past so spamming it would be simply wrong. Gray is fine as demon/demon slayer. Erza also is quite strong though her last fights with Irene were mainly based on nakama/Friendship/bond powerup. We need some variation otherwise it looks like mages apart from DS are all shit especially the ones from Ishgar. (look what Serena did to other 3 gods of Ishgar). What Natsu currently is or what is the extent of his current powers is yet unknown but seeing that the demon and Dragon seed sort of broke it looks like they merged giving him both the powers albeit keeping him human. Maybe he will be like Irene part dragon-demon hybrid part human we can't say for sure. Everyone is so focussed on zeref that they all forgot about Acno and till now Acno is the strongest of them all. So whatever Natsu's power will be it will have to match Acno's level somewhat...
