I doubt he can open gates, and i doubt that he can use every technique. He is still young when he was about to fight retard Kawaki

Looks like he opened the gates to me. He has Momoshiki's body, talent and experience. I suppose you are right because it would be a waste of time to learn every jutsu. But hat doesn't mean he can't. Every chakra nature yin and yang release and that's just his base form.
