He is 8th. Bettered by (in no particular order) Naruto, Tobi, Kabuto, Hashirama, Hiruzen (Prime), Nagato and RinneganEMS Madara (Not Edo or Mokuton).

Itachi is strong but not makes into my top10 personally, mainly cuz of his low stamina

Imo he's better than Nagato and Naruto. Not because he would win against them in a directly fight but because his techniques are way harder to counter by a Ninja general. One eye contact and you're already finished, being in sight of him is already deadly and Susanoo grant him a perfect attack and defense. Imo it's still debatable whether Itachi beats Nagato or not, but I won't debate to the majority of Nagato fans who will do nothing but troll. Imo Nagato =/> Itachi.

I don't think Izanami really changes it much for me I still rank him 7th on my list because there is alot of prep time to use that technique, so it's really only useful when battling with a partner.

I don't think Izanami really changes it much for me I still rank him 7th on my list because there is alot of prep time to use that technique, so it's really only useful when battling with a partner.

He prepared it already in the beginning. Plot no Jutsu gave Kabuto the chance to talk about his search for his true self

Those who beat Itachi certainly are Madara, Tobi, Kabuto (Edo Tensei included), Shisui and Hashirama. Nagato and Naruto are still debatable imo.
