Alive Minato Vs Hiashi

It seems like Hiashi has a counter to all of Minato's moves.

I'm trying to justify why Minato doesn't just trash Hiashi with no difficulty whatsoever. He's still above him based on the hype given by the Sannin and by Raikage who was nearly one-shotted by Minato. Minato's usage of Hiraishin is very effective and I have a hard time seeing Hiashi defeat Minato because Minato is still going to be considerably faster than him with FTG. While Hiashi can use chakra as a viable defense, I highly doubt he can do so when he's pre-occupied with attempting to attack Minato which Minato can exploit.

Simple point is Minato can strike Hiashi but hiashi will have hard time hitting Minato becoz of his speed and reaction which is among this highest tier in manga excluding Rikudou chars
Add the fact summons.

Also distance is 40 m thus it gives Minato advantage of prep time.

Imma say Minato takes this one. Not easily though, since intel is on full, I can imagine Hiashi coming up with some way to counteract FTG and what not. I still say Minato, though.
