Was it ever said that Hyuga clan fight against other clans like it was said for Senju/Uchiha. Is there any manga evidence ?

Mods actually check everything that is reported before doing some actions.If report is baseless they won´t do anything.

Yes, but that similarity may just be that: a similarity. It doesn't mean Naruto passed on Kurama's power to Bolt, since Momoshiki said that wasn't the case.

Momoshiki clearly state that Boruto has the byakugan blood without adding the term "mix" according to the Viz translation which means it's most likely coming from Hinata probably exclusive to Boruto.

So we know the Ootsutsuki have the Byakugan as a natural power. And we know the Jougan is an advanced form of the Byakugan that allows the Ootsutsuki to travel dimensions.

In short, this means the Jougan is basically Byakugan + Dimension jumping abilities and nothing more. I wouldn’t even be surprised if Momoshiki, Kaguya, and Kinshiki have the Jougan too.

I think that Hamura, at some point unlocked the Jougan through natural means (much like how Sharingan naturally evolves into Mangekyo Sharingan) and used it to travel to various dimensions in order to better understand why Kaguya did what she did. That would explain how Hamura knows more than Hagoromo.

During his travels to learn more about the Ootsutsuki Clan, he likely ate a chakra fruit that granted him the Tenseigan, much like how the Rennigan comes from the power of a chakra fruit too.

This explains how the Ootsutsuki jump dimensions and why the Tenseigan is exclusive to Hamura and can’t be found in any form in Kaguya (while Hagoromo’s Rennigan is clearly a byproduct of Kaguya’s RenniSharingan).

All this Naruto influence nonsense is coming from haters trying to downplay Hyugas or Hinata in this case. Kurama chakra can only make jutsus that come from eye more powerful thanks to chakra potency it can´t effect eye itself.

I don't think Hamura would go this far to eat chakra fruit when he knew what his mother had to go through causing corruption, power and greed. I mean didn't it state that in order to acquire the tenseigan you need the byakugan + ootsutski bloodline which Hamura already met the requirement since he was automatically born with it??
Maybe that's why it took time for Hamura to gradually mature and mutate into tenseigan by the time he settled on the Moon. Hamura also probably influenced some chakra fruit as well which probably explain that it's exclusive to him?

We also have to keep in mind that Momoshiki looked up Boruto and mention his blue eyes as if he's complete different and special. Same thing with Toneri when he gives a monologue to Boruto being the one refering his eyes as the star of hope. So it doesn't really add up if all the Ootsutski have the Jougan when Kinshiki was also able to switch different dimension with his normal byakugan without any sign of him having jougan both movie and recap. Kaguya switched dimension because of her Sharinnegan.

Dimension travel might be Ootsutsuki KG.
The only thing I can think of how Boruto got his eye (or this Jougan thing) is via Hamura's chakra that Hinata has had.
It's like how Kurama's chakra has an influence on both Boruto and Himawari (whiskers), maybe Hamura's potent chakra, however little it is, influenced Boruto's eye. The mere reintroduction of Toneri is abig hint that it should have something to do with Hamura. Maybe there is another interpretation of Hamura's decree that we should know (Uchiha tablet-esque).
