The usage of Katsuyu in vs matchups are weird when we had it introduced in part 1 and it was never used in battle. One possible reason might be its acid. I believe targeting the head of a snake would be the best bet of killing it [

- it has no 'wall of acid' feats; and could possibly mean..
- it has no control over the direction due to the shape of its mouth; which could also possibly mean..
- it is a reason we've not seen it used in fights because the acid is pretty much dangerous to even comrades and byakugou users themselves.
The third one is based on how corrosive it is. If it can melt stone, then its just as corrosive as lava and we know Sakura's reaction to seeing Lava in Kaguya's dimension. I'm not sure chakra can stop the acid though.

, it puts Sakura at a disadvantage because she then wouldn't see Hinata coming. At this point, her seal will have to be opened because it would be preposterous for Sakura to enter into a fight with a gf user without opening the seal first. One hit is all it would take and when she's wincing, she gets ko'ed. Not to mention the whole ground punch thing is easily countered with the super fast airpalm anyway.
As for taijutsu, Hinata would wreck. In early part 2 despite learning evasion from Tsunade, Sakura tells Chiyo at the initial stage of the fight that she didn't have the skills she would need to evade Sasori's successive projectiles iirc. (Something p1 Neji was able to do against Kido btw) And Chiyo tells her experience is what's needed. The reflexes needed to evade multiple successive attacks is what you can find in taijutsu which Hinata has a lot of experience in considering she trained with Neji and Hiashi (she wouldn't have learnt lion fists otherwise). Sakura isn't tagging Hinata in a taijutsu fight not to talk of Neji.
These are just few points that cross my mind but just like Tauren says, its almost pointless when there are members that hold the opinion Neji loses against Sakura.
