Madara lol! The power puff boys were so cool I loved them! I waited for the episode to be aired too bad it never happened I only watched that episode once.

That was from a movie ( Will of Fire) , Rock Lee was apparently trapped inside the sand barrier and Neji was the one who saved him

Yea I always had it in mind that's an air palm because I see some wind effects but why was it twirling instead? I'm pretty sure air palm don't work that way
