Since hyuga are able to control chakra well, shouldn't it be easy for them to use chakra enhanced strength if they wanted to?
Dude... with their control they'd do much better. Filler Arc Hinata just shows it Pre-Skip.
Firstly, yes. Not only could they use Jyuken, but could use it while layering on the Giga Impact. But the more important key is lethality.
They honestly should be able to pull of a rasengan if they are told the basic control and observe it. I mean heck Hinata's Soshiken shows more chakra manipulation skill than Rasengan. She's forming a phsycial shape based on an animal... not a ball.
They should also be capable of things like puppet string manipulation.
The key though: Slicing chakra. Just like Filler Part I Hinata. They should be capable of using their chakra to create blades or even arrows fired from the hands.
Hence why they get no panel time... the sheer power that comes just from being able to freely control chakra and dominate the chakra network is almost more OP than having godly jutsu..... because ultimately it is all chakra. Thus, using the very basics of chakra, can imitate the power jutsu of an elemental nature derive from. Plus, they can strike to prevent chakra manipulation in the first place.
