He probably will neglect it. He had the chance to do did with Kaguya but chose to focus on boring Team 7 bullshit which nobody cared about. I wouldn't be surprised if it will covered in fillers. It happened with Anko.
Honestly, all I ever asked for was some good bonding moments between Hinata and her father/sister, to show Hinata becoming the clan leader, showing her use rotation, getting her father's respect, and changing the Hyuga clan's system. 80% of that could all be done within a few pages.
