Background Info.
History:Alex was a random farmer in Kirigakure. Nothing special had ever happen to him. Then, one day Roku came allong disguised as a nymph and granted him the ability to use jutsu. He told him that with this power, he had to fulfill a quest; to retrieve "‡Ame-No-Mi-Kumari - Goddess of Water‡" the legendary water sword. So, for years Alex trained himself with his new power, even becoming an Eight Inner Gate Master in the process, he began his journey. On his way he met a small group of Pirates travelling through the seas. One of them was non-other then Roronoa Zoro. After many test of strength and talent, he accepted to take Alex as his apprentice.
3 years later, after many battles, Ame-no-mi-Kumari was finally his, and his alone. He swore to fight with all his might to protect it from even the most powerful foes.
To make sure he would keep the sword for himself, Alex exhiled for many years into foreign countries, learning the way of the sword. With meditation and meticulous training, he became a Sage with Water, able to used new and unsurpassed techniques, which he would use in conjuncture with Ame-no-mi-Kumari.
Finally ready to face the world with his new and improved techniqes, Alex was abruptly brought back to the reality of any swordsman carrying Ame-no-mi-Kumari; he was challenged immediately as he joined back the Shinobi world. His opponent was non other then the Ice Sage Zanji. Not willing to waste what could be his only shot at victory, Alex made sure Zanji couldn't use ice against him. To do so, he summoned back the lost world of Atlantis, a undeniable testamony of his affinity with water and many years of training.
In a fierce battle, Alex made it through and manage to kill his enemy, sending a clear message to anyone who'd think about challenging him. From this point on, Alex decided to transmit his knowledge as he accepted the position of Hokage.
