For some reason I don't think this follows the "All bio characters must be serious" rule, which might lead to this getting declined. But I'm not sure. The information about him is serious enough I suppose. U_U
-Add more History. A LOT more.
-Remove Village of Allience.
-Remove Specialties. You need to be trained in those subjects in order to become a specialist in them.
-And I think you are going to need to remove the "High IQ" part, I don't think such a thing exists in the world of Naruto. But like I said, I don't think, meaning I don't know for sure. U_U
