lightning release area of elemental nature transformation are techniques that allow the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyzes the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. lightning is made through the friction of small ice in the atmosphere, the ice was made beacause of the humidity or coldness of the air up there.
then lighting is related to our chakra
w/ the use of our ckahra we can gather the humidty of the air thus we make our own electricity in our own body
we can use lighting against earth type chakras but we are weak against wind type chakras lightning can stun or paralyzed our enemy.
