I draw out my dual swords and infuse chakra on 'em continuing chakra gathering in steady flow. After I've collectedv enough chakra I release it from swords in shape of lightning ball that hurls into those dummies.

Then spin the blades above u to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover ur body and his swords.
