Alright this one is quite simple. You form the handseals, and then form your hand into a fist and focus your wind chakra into it. You then punch, and when you punch you should release a vortex of wind shot out of ithe punch.

Try it out against my clone. *poof* She shouldn't even be here after being sent away by your hurricane fist, along with being destroyed wherever she lands.

You form the handseals, and then focus much chakra into the air around you to create a gust of wind like you did for cutting whirlwind, only this time, by focusing more chakra and power into it, it should be more powerful and bigger as well.
