Genjustu like ninjutsu,needs chakra and handseals.The difference between ninjutsu and genjutsu is that the genjutsu are ilusonaries techniques by manipulating the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses.

good answer. Yes, genjutsu are ninja techniques that effect the senses of another ninja. you forcibly inject your chakra into thier nervous system and cause the ninja to eaither see illusions, or cause pain.
no on to part two of the introduction of genjutsu. Escaping O_O in order to fully understand genjutsu you need to know what it feels like to be in it. you have to know that you are in it and know what to do next.

2-by disrupting my chakra flow and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra
3-if a another person infuses his/her chakra into me

very good. remembering that your body is bound and doing something with your head was perfect.

oh and a few points to know before we continue. for most genjutsu, seals are required, except for sharingan ( but that is not the case for us =/ )
also, its best if the target is short to mid ranged and direct line of sight is generally required (you have to know where the person is)

Description: The user controls creates a false surrounding which can change the way an object or small area looks(if used double then its a layer of false surroundings not easy noticed by the enemy).
this genjutsu can manipulate small parts of your surroundings. this was used to change the room number during the chunnin exams to mess with the genin. now you give it a try.
write out what your process for executing this move... write out what I see as well
