heres a new one for u

*throws sword horizontally at d dummy to give it momentum, and as it is about to hit the dummy, I appear behind my sword and grab its hilt to smack the dummy's sword out of his hand* See that trick...*puts sword to his neck* That's a connect toss...throwing the sword and then grabbing it at the precise moment of attack gives you more power in attack than just swinging the sword. And it throws the opponent off guard.

let's see u try it out without any instruction from me. just try ur best to get it to as close as it was when i did it to u

Alright, that's good. Now, while the sword is still in midair, nearing your opponent, appear behind him, grab your sword, and put it to his neck. Also, if your opponent is holding a sword, grab it by its hilt and smack it out of his hand.

That's a connect toss...throwing the sword and then grabbing it at the precise moment of attack gives you more power in attack than just swinging the sword. And it throws the opponent off guard.

It's quite simple, really, but for you not to get dizzy and stop where you want to stop, it takes practice. Put your sword away for now, That part comes later. The basic motion is to spin on one or both feet (after a while you get used to spinning on one foot) and control your spinning, so you shouldn't get dizzy, and then stop where u want to by placing your foot (or feet) down.

Watch.

*I balance myself on the tip of my left foot, and then with utmost focus, I spin on it and I don't get dizzy. After a few seconds of spinning, I place my foot down, and stop spinning at the direction that I wish to stop at.* See? Try it.

While I'm at it, you shouldn't trip yourself either when you stop spinning lol.

Why don't ya try it with 2 feet for the first couple of times, it's gonna be a bit slower than on one foot, but it's easier for a beginner like u.
