Alright for this one you form the handseals, focus your wind chakra and send it into the sky. And then in conjuction with the wind primarly sent to the sky, a huge spiraling sphere of wind is created that is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

Description: Rasengan doesn't require handseals, only molding of the chakra. The user focuses and creates a fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. A direct Rasengan hit can be lethal but the user needs to actually physically hit the opponent for it to work.
alright for this one you dont do any handseals, rather we go through multiple stages to get to the jutsu itself. we start with this one. *hands u a water balloon filled with water* Now then, place the balloon in the palm you wish to use rasengan in, and then focus your chakra into your hand, and then into the water balloon to make the water inside rotate, but not too roughly, otherwise you'll pop the balloon, and get wet in the process lol.

I saw that 
lol, besides your a bit wet from the water in the balloon so yh i would notice either way you tried to hide it lol.
Now keep it up, find your comfort zone in making the chakra rotate in the balloon, without making it pop of course lol.

Alright now you can make it burst.
Now for the next stage. *hands you a tennis ball* Same thing as before, but due to the smaller size and harder skin than like the water balloon, it will be harder to focus your chakra within it without making it fall out of your hand. Try it out.

after a few min of trials and tribulations with the tennis ball, with it falling out of your hand every so often, i see that you've mastered that. alright, now make it pop.
and then after you pop it, try forming the rasengan into your palm by focusing your chakra into the hand you practiced with, and then make the focused chakra into a rotating sphere of chakra. ^^

*first i focus my chakra into my palm, step 2 i focus my chakra starting to make it it rotate, then i try to manipulate it into a sphere, failing blowing myself back, i get up and try it sever more times until ive got it*
