alright for this one you form the handseals, and then transform yourself into a puddle of liquid which you can move since the puddle is you lol. This form allows u to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but u can not attack while in this form.

lol sorry after were done today you can go back into puddle form for as long as you want to (remembers you learning the hidden in stones jutsu and wanting to stay in the rock for a while lol xd)

Alright for this one you form the handseals, focus your chakra and create a current of water that can be shape into a dragon/snake to attack but it isn't a rushing flow like Water dragon,this body of water is stationary except when being used to attack.It is sent towards the target as a biting serpent.
