I gather highly concentrated water chakra in my hands, and performs the handseals, then i make the water materialize in my hand by using chakra manipulation, the water materializes as a small spinning vortex, i make it bigger by continously feeding it with water chakra, then i use my chakra as a boost to blast it towards your clone.

I remember my rasengan training, and concentrate on gaining that form of rotation, then i gather a great amount of water chakra in my mouth, and performs the handseals, then i compress the water chakra, and shapes it like a sphere with chakra manipulation, and exhale it with great force, creating a spinning sphere of water, that'll leave the whole area soaked.
