for this one, you go into the lake, and focus ur chakra to propel yourself through it....so try it out and go across the entire lake, underwater.

I walk out on the lake, and gathers my chakra, i gather a fine layer of chakra around me, and with it i propel myself through the water, i propel through the entire lake with high speed, while trying to mask my pressence.
