*shooting fireballs at the sky to create thunder clouds. then i use chidori to guide the lightning somewhere far where it hits the ground with a bright flash and a crash of thunder, breaking the ground and leaving a large crater in its wake.*

some questions: can i use this with any thunder clouds? do i literally have to use chidori to use this? if someone else is using this, can i direct it somewhere else?
